      I am the activities director at the **** **** center and receive multiple calls from your reps wanting to sell your products which we have purchased in the past but when the rep is unprofessional and rude I would rather I no longer receive calls. This particular rep has called before and I let him know that we are still not thorough or prev order and that I would contact the company when we were . He has since continued to call and gets upset when reminded of the same conversation. Today when he called he was reminded of that conversation , he then said " I will make a note not to call while you are there. I let him know I would be here a long time and I am the one who purchases for my department but to go ahead and add that note as I do not want anymore calls from him . He is rude and unprofessional and I will not be subjected to his condescending attitude.

      Sentimental Productions received a letter about a recent customer complaint. I apologize for the delayed response. Case ID is: ********  I didn't receive the email about this so I'm going to submit our response here: 

      Sentimental Productions is aware of the complaint by a customer ******* ******** regarding a negative experience with a telephone sales representative. His conduct on the phone was unprofessional and we have met with the employee and discussed the situation. We will comply with the customer's request and will not contact her again. We will also work to ensure that all of our employees adhere to professional standards when contacting customers over the phone to prevent this situation in the future.
