      I experienced an extremely unprofessional and sarcastic communication from a sales representative of Sentimental Productions. The frequency of unsolicited phone calls to our facility, borders on harassment. This same representative has been asked not to call our facility in the past. In addition, when I called Sentimental Productions to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor was unprofessional and rude as well. When I asked to be removed form the call schedule, I received this response : "What are you going to do, *** us?"Their products and services are outdated and repetitive. They have an absolute lack of tact and customer service.We will not do business with Sentimental Productions I could not leave this review without a "star rating", otherwise, I would not have given them even one star.
