      This location treats its customers as if they don’t matter ! The manager here is a complete incompetent human being who has no business being in customer service let alone a manager !! Please remove him and save your business ! Just look at your reveiws and see how much this manager has cost you in business due to his horrible attitude !

      I purchased 4 tires from another company for a GREAT PRICE! My wife called Conrads of North Royalton to have them put on, they said drop the car off between 8-9 A.M. Saturday July 30th. We did, the tires are inside the car, the only thing we need is a tire mount, balance and an alignment check. They never did the tires and never called to tell us they couldn't get to it. They have the keys and their closed on Sunday and my wife has to work Sunday. So now she has to either call someone for a ride or call off work on Sunday and Monday because of ignorance. This is absolutely unacceptable.

      I WAS very happy with Conrad's. They've worked on my car several times & I've paid A LOT of money to them. Tony the manager was always very helpful & explained what was being done. ==>Then came along KYLE. Newer employee was nice at 1st. Then seems to be the job went to his head. Smart talking when I asked a question, not just answering the question.
      *So, I went in a couple weeks ago because a headlight was out. They said they couldn't test the bulbs/sockets but would replace the bulbs & see if they worked. They did work for 2 weeks. Then the original drivers side light went out again. I called Conrad's again. 1st thing KYLE said was: "well I told you before that we'd have to charge you $133 diagnostic & it could be the socket or plug!" ???? OK, why be a smart ass about it? I paid $218 (including the $133 labor) to get them fixed 2 weeks ago. Could you help me out?
      I asked if Tony was in. He said Tony doesn't work there anymore. Oh great. Now I don't want to go there at all where before I was happy to have an auto repair shop that I liked. I made an appt because I needed it fixed before driving out of town in a few days... The more I thought about it I didn't want to go there at all. So, I cancelled the appt & I made an appt at another place & went today & the bulb just needed more grease. Which I did mention to KYLE when I had called. They didn't even charge me, which is what KYLE should have done.
      *A month before that I went in with a problem & was told it was the transmission... NO diagnostic done, only drove the car & determined that. I took it to a transmission person that I know & the diagnostic came up spark plugs! SO that was the only other time I was not happy with them. I did call so they knew.
      **KYLE needs to go but others need trained properly. A diagnostic should have been done both times but wasn't done.
