I came in at at 8am on 5-30-2023 to get back breaks done on a ** ** ******* first they ordered the wrong pads he said they was too big they finished up at 1pm it’s was 773.93 just for the back!! I paid in cash. On my way home I heard a knocking noise and I called Todd said to bring it back so I did! Then he comes out and tells me that it’s not the breaks it’s a was link? Lol then he said it was the new break cylinder they put in was too small I been her for a total of 9 hours! For a simple break job!! I will never come back here again!!!

So back in January (at the North Royalton store) of this year, you guys replaced the brakes on my 2015 Mazda CX5. A couple weeks after installation, I brought it back because the brakes were squeaking when I turned right or left. After dropping it off for a whole day, i was told it was squeaking due to hardware being out of alignment. I called recently to inform you that the brakes are squeaking again and was told its because of the weather. That's a bunch of crap. The orignal brakes of the car never squeaked and they were severely rusted. I want you to fix this issue for free because I am seriously dissatisfied with the service you provided me. I spent $560 for you replace my brakes, just to keep coming back for the same issues. That's not right. I went to a different mechanic to fix the problem and it only cost $235. They said the brake job you did was horrible. I am so dissatisfied with the service you provided. I would like my money back.Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

Jan i came in to buy 4 new tires.
I came in and asked specifically to speak with the manager. I told the manager i wanted to pay using my ******** cc so i can get the $150 rebate. He sold me 4 tires and assured me the tires he sold were on the rebate coupon. Needless to say, they were not. I contacted conrads and asked to speak to the manager. i explained the above, i also at the time needing a wheel alignment. The manager told me he would do the alignment for free and also threw in an oil change to balance out the $150 dollar credit. He also told me you all fired the manager that initially sold me the tires. I was ok with that. I hop in the car drive one block and the alignment is worse than wht is was when i dropped my car off. So i bring the car back. Inform Ray, mike, and will about the issue. i asked them "did anyone even drive the car?" if they did, they def would not have told me my car was ready. So they tell me to bring the car back "tomorrow".
Pick my car up and they tell me... "hey. we couldnt do the alignment because in order to do the alignment we have to loosen up the bolts on the rear of your car and yours are so rusted its locked." i ask him how much would this cost.. he says he doesnt know. it might be more damage based off them having to torch off the nuts which would cause some rubber part to break..etc.."
i have no idea what hes talking about, but make an appointment for monday at 8am 4/24/23.
I so happened to drive past another garage that offered wheel alignments for 60 bucks.I went in sat morning and they called me an hour later telling me my car was done. I hopped in my car and voila.. the car was ALIGNED without having hundreds of dollars out of my pocket on something that didnt need to be done anyway.. Now i am more frustrated because i feel like conrads was purposely trying to get me to spend unnecessary money and i dont know why?Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

2 starsI drove up to Conrad’s with one tire leaking air, and initially had a great impression of the place. A gentleman showed me the 24-hour free air, and booked me into an appointment to have the tire looked at the next day, after explaining that I would be unable to simple “drop off” the car for an extended amount of time.
The next day when I returned the placed was empty, with just one man working behind the desk. I told him my name and referred to my my appointment. From this point I’m glad that there was a TV on with something interesting in the waiting area (right there) because strangely, I stood in the same spot watching the TV for 15 minutes. So after standing at the desk alone for 15 minutes, the gentleman spoke to me again asking, “will you be dropping it off,” to which I stated, “no, I am waiting. I was here yesterday and made this appointment because I cannot drop the car off. “
It was all very strange after being ignored in an empty room for 15 minutes.
The gentleman replied that “waiting is never an option because we wouldn’t get to your car for more than an hour from now. There are other cars before yours, and you are late anyway.”
So standing there waiting for 15 minutes, and watching their TV a right in front of the intake person AFTER providing my name (as requested) made me late I guess. And, Why do they offer appointments if they won’t look at your (tire) within that hour???
Again, I was the only customer there.
This was the only employee visible on the premises, but yes, more than a dozen cars were lines up outside “waiting.”

I am writing you this today to let you know that I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Conrad’s in Fairview Park on 1/7/23. I took my newer vehicle for a set of new tires instead of taking it to the dealership I left there very disappointed.
I pick up the car a few hours later only to be met with service lights on my vehicle that were not on when I dropped it off. I had to return to have the mechanic figure out what the problem was. He said he could not figure it out and I would need to go to my dealership. He did nothing to try.
I googled the issue over the weekend and the error code indicated improper installation of tires. On Monday morning I needed to miss work to go to the dealership. After looking at the tires the dealership said we really can’t help you here because Conrad’s put the wrong size tire on your car. What??? A tire place that should have been more detailed focused put the wrong size tire on my car!
This is very frustrating because I needed to miss work and Conrad’s had no business putting the wrong size tire on the car in the first place. This means they never did a final inspection. Also, when I returned on Saturday the tech should have taken the time and noticed this instead of saying I needed to go to my dealership.
Failure to properly inspect my vehicle before In picked it up. I complained to Conrads and received no apology.Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

Service wasn’t bad, but they are liars, guy first told me on the phone, that 4 tires with alignment, would be $794 out the door, plus $175 rebate. But when I got there, they told me $990 and $150 rebate. After talking with two different people, and telling them what I was told on the phone, they told me that they’ll do it for $794 and $150 rebate. After we agreed on the price, and they did the work. I came back to pay, they told me, because they did alignment, they have to charge me extra $100, after we already agreed on $794 out the door. So I ended up paying $899 and they gave me only $100 rebate. I tried talking to them, but they pretty much told me to pay and leave. Can’t say nothing bad about the guys in the back, that did the work. But guys in the front were really rude and liars, specially big guy he didn’t care what I had to say. Bought 4 tires and had them installed, $941.00..that went smoothly enough although Car was in at 9am, finished at 2:20 pm almost 5 hrs to do 4 tires?
And I scheduled and made an appointment!
Conrad's Tech sent me a video showing front struts leaking...that looked true, BUT telling me how difficult it is to replace them on a 2014 grand caravan that struts and labor would be another $1200.00 plus dollars. So I can buy loaded struts for $150.00 to $200.00 a set so 4 hrs labor totaled 3 nuts off top rotor and 2 cam bolts and a bracket on each side is 1000.00 in labor???
Wow like $250.00 an hour for labor??
No thanks got it done for $400.00 including parts, by another shop!Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I made an appointment online at the Jackson store. The appointment was made on Friday for Saturday at 9:00 AM for a simple tire rotation and told them I would be waiting on the car. When I got to the store at 9, I was told the car would not be done until afternoon. 4 or more hours for a simple service? The service adviser told me they have no control over appointments made online. Then why would they even allow you to book an appointment? You lost a good customer and all of the customers I have sent to you!Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care
