    My vehicle was towed to the wrong destination and I didn't know until the following day when I called in for my results on the service and they said it wasn't there so I instantly called the tow company to see what was going on. Long story short I missed my appointment to get my services done because of that and was told it would take a few days I then received a call from Virg from Kufner Towing and he fixed their mistake and made everything alright and I'm truly grateful for him and his overall Customer Service I must say now "That's how you do business"!!!:) -********
    Disclaimer: This isn't my first time doing business with this company it's actually my fifth time in a 3yr span but first time having a issue with a tow experience and appreciate that it got corrected fast and professionally!

    KUFNER'S TOWED CAR TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! My car needed a tow. The emergency brake was locked and the car wouldn't move. Called the night before to have it picked up at 10:00 am they were 2 hours late picking it up. I called they said that they were 20 minutes out- which turned into another hour. The biggest problem was that they delivered the car to the WRONG address!!! I called Kufner's towing only to be told that his GPS showed that our repair shop shared the parking lot with the repair shop next door. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I explained to Kufner's dispatch, that I spoke to the owner of our repair shop and he confirmed that they don't share the same parking lot! Kufner's dispatch said that he would move the car to the correct address when they can get to it..... Free of charge lol! I needed my car to get to work. I had to pay another tow company to move our car to the right address.
