      I had about $10 in my checking account. Every $2 cup of coffee and snack I bought I kept track in my head making sure I didn't go below zero. They hit me with five $38.50 overdraft charges in one day, and are able to cover up their theft with rearranging dates and times of transactions. What would **** ****** ****** ******** **** ****** *** *** ****n do if their bank put them below zero I'm their checking account?

      Key Bank has horrible customer service. I am currently going thru divorce and we had solar panels installed on our house. Now that we have separated and I signed the house to her just to be done with it, I explained this to them that she has informed me that she will not pay for them and has left me high and dry. I can't afford the payments anymore and basically they refuse to do anything. This comes after when we received the tax credit last year and the tax returns were late I had to have the payment in by a certain date. I called to see if they could work with me since it was out of my control and even then they refused to help. Key Bank is absolutely terrible to work with and I will never do business with them again.
