    I went to celebrate a special occasion Birthday Party, with a total of 20 people from Maple Heights Ohio to Akron Ohio on Saturday, January 4, 2025. The temperature was under 20 degrees with snow on the ground. Everyone met up at the location in Maple Heights Ohio at 6:00pm. After everyone got on the Limo Bus and started toward Akron Ohio, the heat was not on, windows fogged up, floor slippery with ice on it. We had to put on our winter gloves, leaving our winter hats on and winter coats buttoned up trying to stay WARM. Everyone was telling the lady bus driver that it's VERY COLD back here and to turn on the heat. The lady bus driver section, with a divider between us, her windows were not fogged up or anything. That tells us that she had heat and not worried about the passengers on the bus. The lady bus driver said she DID NOT know how to turn the heat on in the back. We DID NOT have heat on the Limo Bus the entire time.
    Returning back to Maple Heights where everyone's vehicles were, the Limo Bus STILL DID NOT have heat for the passengers in the back the entire time. She stated again she did not know how to turn on the heat. We had to put on our winter gloves again, left our winter hats on and winter coats buttoned up the entire time AGAIN. But again, the lady bus driver had heat in her section.
    I WILL NOT recommend this VIP Ride company to anyone. This bus driver should AT LEAST know how to turn on the heat in the back. This is VERY BAD business.

    I've been using VIP Party Bus for my birthday celebrations for several years now, and they never disappoint!     Super easy to work with and they very
    accommodating. They were able to meet all of our needs and wants. We used them for a concert will definitely be using them again in the future.
