1 starThis business is a scam do not use to process payments on your merchant for your small business they will steal and lie and hold your funds even removing those funds from your business account and lie never telling you any of this! It's business model is simple:
1. Withhold funds from small businesses: Make interest on the money.
2. Charge hidden fees.

I never worked with them, but unluckily signed their documents and came to know later on that they make a bill of 700$ in a scam way and sent to collection. A shady way of doing business

I give the EMS support team and equipment 5 stars. Miriam and the entire support team is quickly responsive when needed, and they communicate with such patience and encouragement...they are well trained at defusing stressful situations and finding solutions quickly to help their clients get back to successful business operations. I am a new business owner and my first time working with a POS system; EMS was recommended to me buy another business owner, and I am very pleased with this company. I am using their mobile POS equipment; my client transactions are super easy and quick. I give additional high recommendations to Miriam as she invested quality time into getting to know me and understanding my business...I also appreciate that she continues to take time building trust and confidence with her clients beyond signing the initial EMS contract...she is professional, personal, and genuinely cares about her clients.Electronic Merchant Systems

I would highly recommend EMS to all of my clients and business owners. My rep, Ryder Crouch, is just plain amazing. I have called him on his personal cell for day to day issues and emergency issues. He even answered my call on a Friday night at 11:30 and was able to resolve my issue. He handles all of my credit card processing issues.
