    Horrible company and customer service. I am currently waiting for my background check to complete which has been delayed several times. My recruiter has expedited the request and still this sits with no updates. When I call Asurint they rudely repeat over and over that they cannot share any details with me because the request is through an employment company even though it's my background check, with my personal and my job that I'm losing because they cannot finish the background check. My guess is they use this as an excuse so they once again don't have to do any work and can just sit back and blame others for the issues with my background check. They will also most certainly use the excuse that the county I live in had a data breach a while back and that's what is causing the delays which is partially true. If you go to the county website and look at the updates, they provided a workaround a week ago using another site to check court records. They also said checks at the sheriff's department were not affected by the data breach but essentially this company does not care I'm about to lose a job offer and just wants to sit and do nothing.

    They ran my background check for a prospective employer and went back 15 years in missouri. Also on the report it clearly stated that the employer requested a 7 year check. Can I file a lawsuit?
