    I spent $120 on a Groupon for two to take the intro to glass blowing class. I bought the Groupon in December and then booked the class in January for May 31st 2025. I was notified that the class was cancelled with no explanation and no instructions on a refund or rescheduling. Just a code to do so. When I reached out the owner Daniel ****** referred me to the cancellation policy which spoke about last minute cancellations. This is not last minute as the class is more than a month out and none of the concerns sited in the cancellation policy are applicable to this time frame. I have included screen shots of our correspondence as well as the cancellation policy. Upon further research I also read a number of reviews where people had similar issues so it is clear this is a pattern for the business and as they use a third party service for purchase they take no accountability for their actions. I would like to ensure a refund for the money I spent as at this point I do not feel safe or comfortable taking a class with someone who clearly scams his customers.

    See the attached images of actual ******** conversation with owner/manager below.
    The owner was rude and belittled my ability to book a reservation. Their words were discriminatory in nature as expecting everyone to have advanced tech skills. They said I better respect and give my attention when doing glass blowing or maybe I should just cancel. In addition, they stated I can come if I am willing to follow directions, policy, and procedure and be open minded and ready to listen.
    I'm am shocked and outraged at how I was treated.
