    Our experience with Window Depot was a pleasurable one! Our installers Donny & Mason were very professional, detail oriented, and super clean; if we didn’t know we were getting new windows, we would never have known they were here! We love the products and look forward to seeing what they can do once winter rolls around! The best is being able to enjoy the view to outside; no more foggy glass!

    Window Depot’s customer service was absolutely amazing! So many savings opportunities on top of excellent salesmanship and professionalism. Ryan, my Project Manager, was very accommodating and great job communicating with me & my entire family. Also, my installers, Alex & Dimitri, were phenomenal. Such wonderful personalities and a delight to have at the home! I would be glad to recommend Window Depot for your next remodeling needs!

    I really love not having to have had to deal with a company that does the high pressure tactics & pushy techniques. My experience was very comfortable, beginning with Paul my Project Manager who was very patient & informative! My installers, Donny & Mason are excellent workers and did a phenomenonal job cleaning up, keeping everything contained inside & out. Lastly, I really appreciate the follow up service, receiving a gift basket & warranty in person is a fantastic gesture!!

    I loved working with Window Depot every step of the way. From first contact with Rory, to my sales representative Sean, and even through the install with Graham and Sean, absolutely everything went smoothly and there was never any pressure to sign the dotted line. Great customer service. Fantastic communication.

    Our experience with Window Depot Cleveland was excellent from start to finish. We purchased a sliding patio door in April. Our salesman, Rick, was knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to buy, but when he explained the outstanding lifetime warranty, we were sold! The installers were excellent. They did great work, explained everything thoroughly, and were a pleasure to work with. We love our door, and will gladly do business again with **** ***** when the need arises.

    Everybody with Window Depot was very nice, professional, & a pleasure to work with! Our window transformation happened much faster than anticipated which was very nice, and we've already noticed a big change in temperature & noise control! Thank you Window Depot!

    We were so pleased with our experience using Window Depot. They didn’t delay after we decided to go with them for partial window upgrade in a 100 year old home.
    The windows were ready a couple weeks earlier than expected - and their installers were able to work with us, as we hadn’t completely prepared the house as requested, due to the speedy turnaround.
    There was an mis-measure of one window, but they caught it before pulling out the old one, and got it fixed quickly and with zero stress. Very happy overall with every step of the process - from the sales call with Paul, to the installation, and the follow up from Rory. Very satisfied and recommend them and their products for a high quality customer service experience.

    The guys who installed our products were very professional and the quality of work was great, meeting our expectations that were set up by our project manager in the beginning. Absolutely recommend Window Depot’s services and products to anyone looking to make upgrades to their home!

    We had our side door replaced and went with Window Depot. Ryan, Paul, Donnie and Mason all did a wonderful job! Very professional from the sales to the installers! The door and installation proccess went fast and easy with a great cleanup! We look forward to coming back for additional projects around the home!!

    Just had every window in my home replaced. From Paul, who was my project manager, down to Sherry, the communication and overall customer experience was top-notch. Alex and Dimitri were my installers. If you need a job done like this, I highly recommend you request them. They treated my home like theirs. Their attention to detail was on target and not a better couple of guys with a great work ethic. I was so satisfied with the job they did, I had Paul quote a new door. I would highly recommend this company.
