    My new patio door is absolutely beautiful! It’s a very quality door; the ease of opening & closing, ease of cleaning & care, and the overall integrity is amazing. Another element that I really love is the interior wood grain finish. It matches other existing wood elements in my home to a “T”!! The install was very smooth as well, and the installer John was a pleasure to have in my home. Cleaned up very well afterwards, too! Thank you Window Depot for fantastic service!!

    "I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Dimitri and Alex, Ryan and Rory from Window Depot/ Bath Depot Westlake!
    From the initial consultation with Ryan, who had knowledge of the products and able to provide help with the selection of products and walked us through the ordering; to the final installation with Dimitri and Alex, these professionals exceeded my expectations at every turn.
    Dimitri and Alex amazed us with their attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism. Their skills were evident throughout the process. The installation of new windows and doors in my home was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption, leaving my property looking better than before. They were amazing with my kids safety and curiosity. They worked carefully around them but efficiently.
    The end result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides a noticeable reduction in noise pollution and energy savings.
    I would highly recommend Window Depot of Westlake and installers Dimitri and Alex to anyone seeking reliable and high-quality window installation services. Their dedication to their craft is evident, and I am grateful for the excellent experience I had with them."

    We had a very pleasant experience overall with the services provided by Window Depot. The people were very nice to deal with, especially the two installers, Mason & Donny, who provided a neat & clean installation of our new windows! We absolutely recommend Window Depot to anyone looking for a home renovation!

    Everyone I had the pleasure of working with through my Window Depot experience was an exceptional! The salesmanship presented by my Project Manager was detailed and professional, nothing like the overbearing, high pressure visits you hear of so much. The installers did a great job as well, providing too notch service & did wonderful cleaning up after the work. Lastly, I love the warranty with the units; if I ever need anything or have questions, Window Depot is there to help!!

    We had a glass block window installed into our new walk-in shower space by the Window Depot team! It provides so much light into the space while still providing great privacy. Having the vent on the glass block allows us to vent the space very well too, its a great addition to the space!!

    I was really surprised to see how clean my home was over the course of my installation. My crew, Alex & Dimitri, covered all of furniture, carpet, belongings; just did a magnificent job containing all of the dust and everything! The entire process from beginning to end happened so smoothly and I have so many people to thank, from my Project Manager to the aids in the office scheduling all of the visits! Wonderful company with fantastic customer service!

    Over the past two weeks we have had plumbers electricians countertop installers and Window Depot out to our house and they were truly one of the best experiences. New windows are expensive and we got quotes from 4 other companies. They beat their prices, warranties, and provided an equal if not better quality window. The sales rep (Jack) wasn’t pushy, he answered all of my questions promptly and honestly. The installation team (Donny & Mason) was so nice and laid out drop clothes everywhere which meant so much to us. Some companies just show up walk in your house with shoes on and don’t even ask or care. They were quick, efficient, friendly, kind and respectful in our home. They explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up and left everything just as tidy as when they arrived. You’ll be hard pressed to find a company that lists each of their employees on their website with a headshot and bio. Most don’t because of turnover, they use subcontractors, etc. With Window Depot you know who you’re getting and the customer experience is a valuable part of what they do.

    I really love how beautiful my home is with the uodates made to a handful of my windows! I had some minor reservations as far as how they may look next to other windows that already exist, but they blend in & match perfectly! The installers, Donny & Mason, wete very polite, clean, & professional, and lastly, it was a pleasure to have Rory stop by post installation to provide me with the warranty & gift basket. That kind of customer service is exactly the reason why Window Depot should be the company for your windows!!

    From start to finish, everything was handled very professionally, smoothly, and efficiently. Throughout the entire experience, we felt very comfortable with all team members, especially Alex & Dimitri, our installers. They were incredibly respectful and personable, which we really appreciated!
