    We recently purchased replacement windows and a new storm door from Window Depot in Westlake. The entire experience was smooth and painless - from the showroom to the purchase and finally, the install. Paul did a great job explaining our options during the sales process, the team kept us informed when our items were ready for install, and Mason and Donny were very efficient and professional during the install process (on a very cold day). I highly recommend Tony and his team!

    Windows were installed sooner than expected, affordable pricing and great customer service. We should have replaced the windows four years ago, best upgrade to our home to date.

    I am really glad I used Window Depot instead of the big box stores for my new storm door. Everyone from my salesman to the installers to the final sign guy were all really nice. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. I would definitely do business with them again and my door is great quality!

    Just had windows and a front door at my house replaced by Window Depot. The entire process was very positive. Project manager, Ryan was very thorough in explaining everything. The installers, Alex and Dimitri were very professional, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. I am glad I chose Window Depot for this project.
