    The process was very organized & their entire team very thorough & professional. From the project manager, to the rep. who returns to double check measurements & material list for project, to the office scheduler, to the skilled craftsmen installers, all put your mind at ease. Window Depot has installed what they promised with a Provia sliding patio door & couple windows on time. A customer care rep. returns after project completion with a gift basket (kind & appreciated) & the warranty/service document that can’t be beat! Very happy with the door & windows.

    Wonderful experience overall! Everything was extremely professional and the installation was smooth & on time. The Project Manager was terrific; from the very beginning, he took so much into consideration before ever getting into pricing & numbers, which was very appreciated. Didnt oversell, nor did Window Depot under deliver. Highly recommend!!

    We love our new windows and door. They look nice and we can already tell a difference in the temperature throughout the house. The whole team at Window Depot has been great to work with. Good product, good value and good people. What more can you ask for?

    Window depot replaced 8 of our original windows. The process was seamless and quick. The installers did a great job and the new windows are great. We will be having them replace the rest next year.

    We chose the right company for sure!!! My wife and I did our due diligence in choosing the company that would replace our windows, and Window Depot was the clear standout compared to the rest. Ryan (the project manager) was the most thorough about the windows we were interested in, which windows would look best in our home, and managing our expectations of the entire process. Window Depot came to install exactly when they said they would, and Alex and Dimitri couldn't have been more professional while they were in our home. After they left, the only way we could tell they were even here was our brand new gorgeous windows! By the way, the Okna "Starmark" windows were my wife's first choice and no other company had them besides Window Depot.
