    I did some research looking for a local company that would not only replace my patio door, but one that would also take care of any damage and such from the old compromised unit. Jeff my installer was terrific and made sure everything was solid before putting in the new slider patio door. The work is done very well and another element that I love about Window Depot is the warranty & service! Top notch & highly recommend!

    Mason & Donny were our installers and they were very friendly & professional. We really love the new front entry door! The exterior color is vibrant and adds a lot character to the curb appeal! Window Depot was a great company to work with!!

    Made the decision to go with Window Depot after checking out various options at this year's Cleveland Home Show. I am glad that I did. Experience has been great from start to finish. Windows were installed today, Mason and Donnie did a wonderful job. Prompt arrival, very courteous. Asked along process if I had any comments. Clean up in such a way that I never knew they were here.Pricing in conjunction with quality were initiaI reason. Installation experience, seeing final product solidified my decision. I would recommend Window Depot and will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

    My experience with Window Depot began back in 2020. The company was amongst three estimates that I obtained, but what ultimately stuck out about WD was that they are local, extremely responsive, and customer service focused. That experience cultivated a wonderful relationship so when it came time for replacing a few entry doors, I knew exactly who to go to!! The new doors look beautiful and offer much of the same as the windows; a warm and cozy interior especially during the colder months. Mason & Donnie are a fantastic duo and did a phenomenal job with installation & Rory was a pleasure to have stop by afterwards to to discuss the project. Truly great experience!!

    Steven and crew did a great job. We wanted to have (2) windows put in whete there wetent any to begin with. Window Depot was one of the only companies we could find that was willing to cut out new openings! We are happy with our windows and the amount of light that now comes into that side of the home! Highly recommend.

    I first had Mason & Donny out in mid December to install a new patio door & window units for my condo in Broadview Heights. That experience was so nice that it left me with an easy decision to have Window Depot come back out to replace the main front entry door here in February! This time, Jeff came out for this install and did a really nice job as well! The PROVIA products that I chose I really love; the integrity behind the material, easy-to-clean operation, as well as the energy conservation, are all things I love about the new products. On top of that, the guys did an absolutely incredible job cleaning up, quite impressive!!
