  Replaced all 4 windows on second floor where Master Bedroom is from original DRAFTY 84 year old windows, which there is no "HEAT" other than space Heater. I am so appreciative of Window Depot and their Reasonable price for Job. From Representative at ****** Store to Project Manager Jack **** to Mason and Donnie who preformed absolutely professionally and doing ther job installing in Very Cold Temperatures (especially Donnie who persevered outside for duration of 4 Hours). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - WINDOW DEPOT and will re-visit to complete next job of replacing last two Picture Windows on front of Home.

  Window Depot truly deserves every one of these 5 stars. After facing significant challenges with incorrectly ordered and installed windows from a renovation project, we were relieved to find a company willing to take on the complex task of replacement, particularly given the brick installation complications for most of our windows.
  From our first interaction, Window Depot demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Our salesperson, Paul H, took the time to thoroughly assess our situation and provided detailed, honest solutions. He involved the owner and window install manager early in the sales process to ensure we were all on the same page, and assured that the window mistakes of our previous general contractor would be addressed completely.
  The installation team, Donny and Mason, were outstanding craftsmen. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and professional approach made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. They handled the intricacies of working with our brick exterior with expertise and precision. Their communication throughout the install process enabled us to understand what to expect and when, and they followed through on all ends.
  What truly sets Window Depot apart was their willingness to tackle challenging projects that other companies backed away from. They provided fair pricing, clear communication, and most importantly, properly installed windows that have transformed our home, and will properly protect our home from the elements for decades to come. Their work completely resolved our previous window issues and exceeded our expectations.
  If you're looking for a window company that combines expertise, professionalism, and exceptional service, Window Depot is the clear choice. They turned what began as a difficult and frustrating situation into a positive experience, and we couldn't be more grateful for their excellent work.

  I’m not one to write reviews much but I’m beyond happy with Mason and Donnie who installed my bay window from Window Depot. They were Professional, fast and very respectful. I would definitely recommend and continue business with this company.
  Anyone that uses this company or has these guys working on their projects will be pleased with the results

  Very positive experience overall with Window Depot! The picture windows before would always get foggy and condensation would buildup inside the panes. Our front inside porch room which we love to spend time in would always get drafty and cold. So we decided to have two new large picture windows replaced and chose the Endure units by Provia. The room now is much more comfortable and we have Jeff to thank for a great installation!!

  Everyone that I dealt with through Window Depot were extremely professional and easy to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to all of the representatives. Will, my project manager, was the first person I dealt with as he came out to present a wide variety of options and ultimately the price. I had some reservations about the quoted price in the beginning, but Will’s genuinity and no pressure, comfortable approach were very very appreciated. Jeff, my installer was very professional and cleaned up so well that it was actually probably better than how he found it! Lastly, Rory who came by following the completion of the project was very helpful explaining the warranty, which is another highlight. The new Provia Heritage entry door & storm door are the perfect color and I love the wonderful curb appeal that my home has. The doors are solid, made well, and offer enhanced safety & security, so what’s not to like!!

  Everything was so timely, professional and efficient, from the very first contact at the Meijer store to then the Project Manager Ryan, installer Jeff and follow-up representative, Rory, everyone was very genuine and conscientious of making this experience very positive and as I expected. Lastly, Jeff’s attention to detail with an immaculate cleanup was very much appreciated!!

  Before these windows, I had nothing, but cold, old windows that is until twinkle twinkle little star I wished I may and wished with all my might that my windows would be delivered and installed b4 midnight tonight 12/20/24.
  Thank you Jesus ?? and thank you Mason, Donnie and Sean, and most importantly for Meijer which is my favorite store to shop and thank you for having Window Depot Sales Rep inside the store and talking to me in Nov.
  I love my energy saving windows , and definitely will be saving to buy two or more windows asap.
  I would higgly recommend them for your next window install.
  I also appreciated Rory that came for a followup visit to drop off the warranty & gift basket. That was very kind!

  We had a very old, drafty patio door that was nearing 30 years old. Honestly, we were simply tired of looking at it, and the screen slider no longer functioned as well. We explored several companies throughout ?level and and ultimately landed on Window Depot as they are local to us and have a strong track record with lots of positive reviews. The new patio door is a Provia Endure that has the internal blind feature! We love the new door as it’s much nicer, brighter, and safer! Outside of the product itself, the customer service you get by working with this company is beyond compare. Very responsive, communicative, and personable!!
