    I am in the process of renovating my new condo and a couple items I wanted alto tackle immediately were the slider windows & patio door. They were the old original metal frame units that wrte very hard to open. The Provia products installed by Mason & Donnie are really nice & I am certain I will enjoy them for many years to come!!

    I had all windows replaced in my home in May of this year and was so pleased I chose to have my sales rep, Paul H quote a front entry door. Ordered it approximately a month ago and yesterday Jeff Carroll arrived to install it. What an outstanding job! The attention to detail and work ethic Jeff displayed shows in the final door installation. This will be my second time recommending this company.

    I am a very satisfied customer having had what I feel, a very memorable experience. Sean who was my Project Manager did a superb job going through all of the options & setting up my expectations, so when it came time for Donny & Mason to install the front entry door, everything was handled smoothly and without any delays. Everyone was so personable & professional!!

    Brian **** from Bath Depot was very professional. He never made us feel as though we were bothering him when we asked him questions. He didn't get upset when we had him replace the shower door.

    Everyone I worked with throughout my experience was absolutely marvelous, especially the installers! John Felice and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my patio sliding door, front entry door + storm door. I chose PROVIA products for the new units, and am especially fond of how well insulated the new front door is. Everything was in need of an update, so after speaking with a couple different company representatives who presented such positive, friendly attitudes, I couldn't be happier choosing such a fine business in Window Depot! The following up visit with Rory was the cherry on top. Such a pleasurable conversation and final stamp on a great experience!

    From Will and the in house estimate to Donnie and Mason installing, I felt that my windows and this job were their priority as well as mine! I am thrilled with the outcome and would recommend Window Depot to anyone. And Rory and the gift basket and warranty delivery were appreciated as well!

    Everyone was very professional with Window Depot, and Jeff C******, our installer for our side entry door, was very friendly and an expert in his trade! The new door is in just in time for the cold that has arrived, so we couldn’t be happier with not only the performance of it, but the look is really nice too! We love the color a lot!
