    The installation crew, Donnie, Mason & Kelsie, were not only very efficient with their work, they were also very polite, professional, and friendly. They displayed great teamwork & I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else looking for services similar to mine!

    Sales process was very straightforward and the installation itself was quick, painless, and came out wonderful. Jeff did a fantastic job putting the new windows in and I didn’t have to clean up a thing after he was done! I’ll most definitely be back for more!!

    We are so happy with our new Window Depot windows. Steven and his crew did a superior job with the installation. They were on time, efficient, paid a lot of attention to details, and were spotless with clean-up. You could tell that they were very experienced with window installation and everything went so smoothly. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

    Donny and Mason did an incredible job installing the new entry door + storm door at my home! I especially love the new decorative glass I selected with my PROVIA door system; it’s a perfect blend as it still allows a lot of natural sunlight inside, but provides a sense of privacy as well. The entire process was very smooth and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending Window Depot’s services to our friends,
    family, & neighbors alike!!

    It was an absolutely phenomenal experience and I wouldn’t change a thing! This has been a very pleasurable experience all the way through honestly. Great overs customer service and working with Sean & Grahm as our installers was amazing. So much knowledge and professionalism, it was very much appreciated. Window Depot is the ONLY company that I would recommend to others looking to make updates to their home!!

    Window depot did a great job installing my windows. The gentlemen were very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I am very happy with Window Depot and would use them again. Steven is the installer that went over everything with me when they were done and he showed me everything I needed to know. I will be recommending them in the future.

    We recently worked with Window Depot USA in the Cleveland area to replace our home's windows and sliding glass door, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. After exploring all the big-box stores and local window companies, we found Window Depot and immediately knew we had found the right place. Their no-hassle, no-pressure sales approach, combined with top-quality windows at an incredibly fair price, made the decision easy for us.
    While there was a bit of a wait for installation, this was clearly communicated from the start, and expectations were set and met perfectly. On installation day, Sean and Gram, the installers, did a fantastic job. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and their attention to detail was impressive.
    From start to finish, working with Shawn and Rory was a pleasure. They ensured every step went smoothly, including promptly addressing a minor issue with the installation. The follow-up and customer care were top-notch.
    If you're looking to upgrade your windows to the quality you deserve, I highly recommend working with Window Depot USA Cleveland. This team is professional, reliable, and delivers exceptional results.

    I was really satisfied with my installers Donny & Mason. If I still owned my construction business, I'll tell you, they would be working for me that's for sure!     I loved that the company sends the name & picture of who is coming for the measurements. Mason & Donnie came for the install and were friendly, professional, and efficient. I’d use this company again.

    Our installation team was comprised of John F. & company. We really enjoyed having them at our home as they were energetic, hard workers that were wonderful. We had 30+ year old windows from when we built our home, so it was just tike for some updates. We love the crisp white exterior from the PROVIA windows and the noise cancelation as well. We have recommended the services and company to others already, and will continue to do so as it is well deserved!
