    We had a wonderful experience with Window Depot. Jack, our sales person took his time explaining options and helping us select the perfect front door for our house. Our installers Mason and Donnie are the absolute best. Taking their time and their attention detail is second to none. Thank you all for an incredible experience.

    Everything we experienced with Window Depot was tremendous. The lead sales professional really helped guide us through all of the options, and the installation was professional and fast! We love our (2) new ****** storm doors as they are a perfect accompaniment to the rest of our home. Absolutely recommend!!

    First off, the salesman Ryan ******** was great. Easy going, and not pushy. He clearly explained everything, and listened patiently to my endless questions. The installers were all great, too -- Mason, Donnie, and Jeff Carroll. They all knew what they were doing, and were all very professional.

    I had 2 entry doors installed at my home in Brook Park! I love how beautiful they are, and all of the natural sunlight that now pours into the home. Sean and his son, Grahm, were my installers and they did a wonderful job overall! Very polite and concientious of being clean & organized. When all was said & done, I could hardly tell they were ever here!

    Window Depot came out today and installed another 10+ windows the installers were excellent, efficient and professional. Our place looks amazing. Couldn't be happier with the new look.

    The entire team @ Window Depot is very genuine, accommodating, and professional. We’ve worked with them before, the first being with their sister company, Bath Depot. We had such a nice experience then that we knew we’d reach out to WD when the time was right. We love the clean crisp lines of our OKNA Starnark windows, and feel that the installation by Sean & Grahm far exceeds the expectations. Highly recommend!!

    Installers Sean and Graham were amazing. The arrived on time and completely the job in a timely man. They were respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and window depot for your next home improvement project.

    The installation of a new back door & matching storm door was flawless. Jeff did a great job removing the old door (circa 1919) & doing the necessary work so the new door would fit. He kept me informed along the way. When finished, Jeff went over every feature of both doors which was much appreciated. His clean up of the project was excellent. I highly recommend Window Depot for your door needs. From the sales representative visiting & proving the many options to saying good bye to Jeff, it was an exceptional process.

    Donny and Mason were our installers and they were absolutely wonderful. They were two gentlemen, accented by their professionalism, cleanliness, and the expertise installing our new windows. The service overall was top notch and we look forward to revisiting the sister company, Bath Depot, for a future project as well! Job well done!!
