1 starI believe you shared that your company is a "service culture that improves outcomes for residents and employees alike," and that your organization has consecutively won three "Best Places to Work" awards. Although I would love to write an outstanding review of the exceptional service I experienced with Ms. ******* at both senior/special needs tenant locations, I cannot. I was so disappointed at the level of *********** unprofessional conduct. I was really looking forward to moving into the Cedar Center Apartments. She made me feel like I needed her so much more she needed me as a tenant. I have lived at my current apartment complex for 15 years. My rent is always paid on time. I am a good neighbor and tenant. I hope Ms. ******* does not treat all your potential applicants the horrible way she treated me. I believe you stand behind your commitment to quality to your residents and I would think you expect it from your employees as well. After reading about your company, I thought you would want to know how my interactions with Ms. *******’s unacceptable professionalism impacted me as your potential tenant.
Sincerely,

1 starHere at sandhill village apartments located in Brandon Florida what used to be called summit ridge apartments the property manager has discriminated and made several threats to me and I have proof!! Poor maintenance!! my floors are coming up for the second time my window has been broken from lawn maintenance and has never been fixed code enforcement has been called multiple times and still these issues occur. Property manager MD maintenance enters my unit multiple times a month and perform inspections more than what's needed to where I'm being harassed! My privacy is violated and I have lost my tenant right to a peaceful enjoyment of living!! Honestly there's zero Stars I want to give out. I see that this company has many issues already so many complaints wow nice to know I'm not the only one it sucks because we all have to go through it!Review fromTim H

1 star*** **** ** **** * ********* ******* ********** ******** *** ** ***** They are a rental management company. I was a tenant, moved 8\30\24, management and maintenance did a walkthrough and cleared the apartment, going as far as stating "It's in great condition". A couple of months later I see a collections account for $525.00 open through their organization. I've since found that this is not unusual for them. I am claiming that they're unjustly attempting to collect money via illegitimate practices. Thank you.Review fromDenise L

1 starI was working in one of the buildings run by millennium housing management in Rensselaer, New York. I was hired as a service coordinator to assist the seniors/people with disabilities that lived in the building. The first week I was there I was treated horribly, harassed and disrespected by the property manager there Jodi *********. I reported this constant daily harassment to my supervisor. She did nothing. I reported it to Christine in HR at that company. She encouraged me to send her an email with all of the harassing things that Jodi had done to me, including Jodi sending someone to the building where I worked at Van Rensselaer Heights to threaten me. After I told them everything that happened to me and I told my supervisor how poorly the building is being maintained I was retaliated against and fired. Jodi, the property manager is a bully and quite a few of the tenants that live in the building are afraid of her. They don’t say anything about it, and let her find out about it because she will be very disrespectful to them and retaliate against them also. I witnessed it. I had a few of the tenants come talk to me about it. there was one lady in the building who had to go through the entire weekend with the toilet in her apartment that didn’t flush. I reported it because Jodi is never in the building to take care of the tenants complaints and concerns. This tenant is deaf she cannot make a phone call on her own. I had to do it for her and she still had to wait until I called and complained about the toilet again Monday morning. It was finally fixed on Monday afternoon. This company is disgusting, the HR department especially the property manager that they have running Van Rensselaer Heights are nothing more than intimidating criminals. Shame on them for intimidating and having seniors live in such crappy conditions.Review frommaria d

1 starAs a tenant of one of this company's properties for over 8 years I can attest that their practices are borderline criminal. From the mold, to the lack of central air and heat, to the multiple break-ins this company does not show any intentions of taking adequate care of their properties. When I first moved into the Blossom Hill housing complex in 2017 it seemed like a good place to live. But over time I have witnessed and been a victim of their disregard of tenant safety and to honor their own lease agreements. It started with more common issues; pest problems, glitches with the air conditioning. Then quickly escalated to the plumbing and flooring. All of which was met with a lack of urgency and half measures after the collapse of the floor I was ultimately moved to another unit but after several months of adamant protest. it didn’t take long for me to realize; different unit, same problems. Since moving I have experienced everything from total non functioning ac/heat, unstable electrical wiring and poor to non flowing water. In the midst of all this I was also going through a troubled domestic situation that resulted in an assault by a former partner that I had repeatedly informed management about. It was after this incident in 2022 that I signed (Violence Against Women Act) documents, which I was told was to ensure my safety by banning him from the property and transferring me to another property. I have spoken to management several times about my transfer but any mention of it has been met with empty promises. I have gone through the proper channels to complete this process it has now been two years and I am still in the same apartment. I’ve had to endure so much pain and suffering on top of serious maintenance issues, health code violations and unnecessary expenditures. I have put more than enough time and energy into trying to get them to do their job including calling code enforcement, reaching out to HUD and contacting the local legal aid office.Review fromMichelle L

1 starMillenia Property Management lost HUD funding in all their HUD properties. HUD has banned Millenia from any new HUD contracts including Frank Sinito for about 7 years. There are multiple class action lawsuits in regards to the uninhabitable properties. Several state attorney generals are investigating Millenia as well. I encourage people who have experienced serious issues to report them to your state’s attorney general.Review fromDestinyC83

This place is infested with roaches and the apartment will do nothing about them. Theres mold in the apartments, the front office will lie and say nothing is wrong again and again and hang up on you when you try to talk to them. They took 8 MONTHS to fix our window in the bedroom and then yelled at me for water damage. We reported the stove broken in October and it was still broken when we moved out in February. I tried calling about our security deposit today only for them to say theyre keeping it because of a dog smell when I called everyone who helped us move out and they told us there was no smell. They also left a gas leak in our apartment for 4 months until I threatened to call the fire department to get it taken care of. Im currently in the process of reporting them to the city and filing against them for how they treated us while we lived there and them constantly violating our rights as tenants.****** claimed to not know we had issues in the apartment but was well aware we had to open a case and withhold rent to get her to fix our window. Things we have proof of and she continues to lie to everyone about. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous treatment. Shut this place down or stop taking advantage of and lying to the people who live there.Millennia Housing Management,LTD

This resident is irritated because they will not be receiving their security deposit. A move out inspection was performed. The apartment was left in acceptable condition other than the carpet odor; the carpet must be replaced due to the pungent odor of dog. I put off closing the final account and we put an ozone machine in the unit for four straight days trying to get rid of the smell to no avail. There is a signed statement in the move out file from all staff members verifying that the carpet needs replaced due to the dog odor. The statement was put in place of pictures as you cannot take a picture of an odor. During the conversation I was trying to offer her the opportunity to come check out the smell in the apartment for herself; however, I was unable to finish offering because she would not quit screaming and calling me names.
In addition, the resident complained of a gas odor in the apartment and each time maintenance went to check it out and found no gas leak coming from the stove (no other gas exists in the apartment) the one day she called I had the Assistant Property Manager notify the gas company to come and check for the gas odor and it was cleared by the fire department.
Both the health department (which was here just a few weeks ago) and fire department conduct regular inspections at this facility, and I have had no citations from either department.
She called yesterday regarding her deposit and was told that she was billed for the carpet replacement, and she became furious screaming in the phone at me, calling me and the staff names. and screaming overtop of me when I was trying to explain the process. I told her I was handing up the phone because there was no need to try to continue to have a conversation while she was screaming. The leasing agent was standing in my office while she was screaming and when I ended the call. Then she called back several time and I had to tell her if she continued, I would need to contact the police.
Most of our reviews come from residents who have been asked to move, evicted for non-payment, did not follow the rules or did not follow the instructions for move out. Unfortunately, it is difficult for folks to accept responsibility for their own responsibilities and actions.
