      I live in Baypointe Townhomes and this company is the worst. my issues run back pretty far but most recently, the lower level of my townhome flooded on 3/1/24, I was unaware that the hot water tank from an empty unit next door was the issue, I called the emergency service line for our complex on 3/2/24 and awaited a call back.. I of course never received one so as of today 3/4/24, there is still standing water in 95% of my lower level even after reaching out to the office this morning and speaking to the office staff around 10:30 am. it's now 4:30 pm! I read some of the other reviews and I can see were they are coming from, especially with lawn care service, Millenna doesn't pay their bills and landscaping services came to a holt last summer here. Grass was so high some residents decided to cut their own sections! I just want out of this place at this point. Also, there is a sewer drain that is collapsing, there's a significant sized gaping hole and the concert is all tore up, its been that was the last 2 years! Millennia is horrible! If I could give - stars I would! This isn't even half of it I could go on for days.

      We've had an elevator out since July 2023. It's January 29, 2024.
      They're only response is one they use patently for delayed repairs, "need to order the part." In this case, part needs to be fabricated, b/c the elevator is an older model, ca. 1980.
      Finally, whenever we get heavy or long rain, the roof leaks. Supposedly, we got a new roof in 2017, so why then does this one leak?

      WARNING! Fraudulent advertising! Stonehaven East apartment advertises swimming pool, suggesting that it is available for swimming. It has been green and closed for the last five years. Don't count on going for a swim! Looks like a breach of contract to me!

      Vendors Beware… Started Security Services for their property in Fort Wayne IN in May. Provided 40hrs a week security and have only received one payment from the client. Services we’re cancelled in August and they have not paid for services rendered after several attempts. Client owes almost $18K in past due services and is refusing to pay. Won’t return emails, phone calls or text. If you call the main number in Ohio all you get is a call center that takes a message claiming that there is no one to take the call. Have sent two certified payment demand letters, next step is legal action.. Do not work for this company!!!!!

      Horrible horrible going on news Sunday live at fox hollow apartments now 16 days with no water people in there 80s sad horrible time to bring this company down sure being on news won't help.this company when they get bad rap don't people care anymore will when it's on news

      WARNING CONTRACTORS***
      Don’t do any work for this company, they called us to do work at two of their apartment complex, they told us if we can do it before their inspection they would greatly appreciate it. We moved things around to make it happen and we did it, they asked us to plant flowers afterwards and we did it. We submitted invoices for payments and they didn’t pay us telling us invoices are in process 3 months later no payment and they won’t even respond to our emails now.
      And to top it off they contracted and friends company to do lawn care they serviced them from May to July and no payment, they told them the same thing.
      Now legal actions have to be taken….

      Warning to contractors. Do not do work for Millennia Housing. They called us on March 14, 2023, and said they had a big inspection on March 31, 2023, and they needed to get the work done before then or they would be in violation. We quickly went out and provided them an estimate for the work. They accepted our estimate and we rearranged our schedule to get the work done. We completed the work so they could beat their inspection deadline. We were told we would be paid within 30 days. It is now approaching 5 months and we still have not been paid. We have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails with no response. Be prepared to take legal action to collect your money.

      Horrible place to live they don't fix anything I've been here for three years and have had nothing but problems and my landlord has done nothing besides give me a 30 day eviction because of a ghetto neighbor allegedly accusing me of stealing a package Worth 32.99 supposively it is unreal the way I am being treated and this is coming from a woman who lives here with a felony 3 on her record for aggravated assault

      if i could give zero stars i would. This place is disgusting and so unprofessional. I had a maintenance issue, and the guys stole towels from my place and left their dirty rags all around my apartment. They also left my bathroom completely dirty. I called and told the manager (******) about this and she never got back to me. When i finally called her again she was rude and made it seem like the issue didn't matter.. These people STOLE from me. On top of the theft they never left a work order or anything so had they not left the mess I would have never known they even entered the apartment. However, its completely unprofessional to not leave a work order. The place also has roaches, and they are super inconsiderate of the tenants. The manager ****** is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. She's always irritated when there is an issue, and she isn't friendly at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have a one bedroom paying almost 900 and its the WORSE place I have EVER lived. Nothing is updated or clean and the manager literally *****. Literally a disgrace to the area lol
