    On 5/31/2023, I mailed a check for $38.88 for a 3 year subscription to Ohio Magazine. The check was cashed in early June. On 7/31/2023, I called and spoke with ****** since I had not received any issues. She said the July issue was on its way and that I would receive the September issue "in a week or two". I still did not receive anything, so on 8/14/2023 I called and talked to ******* I wanted a refund, so she said she would cancel my subscription and that I would receive a refund check in 1 to 2 weeks. I called back on 8/30/2023 and spoke to Matthew, who said he would " expedite" my refund check. I did not receive my refund check, and on 9/9/2023 I received a brown envelope with the July issue enclosed. It is now September, so the list of events and festivals in July is now worthless. I have waited 3 months for some resolution to this! I would either like a PROMPT return of my money OR a 3 year subscription beginning with the MOST RECENT issue (not an old issue!).

    I have reviewed the response made by the business.

    They have been promising me a refund since July.  I will accept the refund and complimentary 3 year subscription.   But please leave this complaint open until I actually receive my refund and first issue of the magazine!

    On August 14, 2022, I purchase a one-year subscription t* **** **** ****** magazine. I have not received a single issue of this publication. There has been no response to my repeated e-mails, phone calls and a letter to the editor. I realize this is a quarterly publication, but over the last 6months, I should have received at least one issue. I feel like I have fallen victim to a scam.

    our subscriber services manager contacted her and explained that because that magazine prints 4 times a year in the summer, the timing fell that she did not receive a publication. We have some lessons learned that have arisen out of this. To make sure she is satisfied with our service, we added a complimentary year to her subscription.
