  1st Choice Roofing have dedicated workers who show up and work long hours to accomplish their job. My roof was finished in two days and workers cleaned up afterwards. 1st Choice worked with my insurance company and were here when insurance people came to inspect roof before approving replacement. Quality roof material and workers!

  In a time where it is difficult to even get an estimate, this company did everything exactly as discussed, on time and with great workmanship. Everything from start to finish was excellent:
  The salesman - Mike, the job supervisor - Jon, and the crew.

  Had an appointment with Scotty to have my gutters & soffits replaced. He was here for 3 minutes. Took a couple of pictures and said he would send me a quote. No discussion about what their product could do, what materials would be used, nothing about options or colors. I am guessing he had a tee time. It was eight days before he called me back. By then we had decided on another company. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

  I have to apologize for Scott's poor performance. Scott is new to sales and so he took pictures of your home, ordered a areal measurement of your house (this is what we do for all houses) and planed to work with me on your estimate. He was unsure how to price it and needed to wait for my help to put together an estimate. ***** ** **** ** ******** *** ******** * ****** *********t so I can assure you that he wasn't headed for a tee time. He used to work in our service department but he can't do the physical work anymore so we are trying to keep him working by moving him to sales of small jobs. After he left your home Scoot got sick for a few days and couldn't work. With someone in his condition this happens from time to time. We met this week and put together the estimate for your home. We are sorry that the delay was so long and we will try to do better for future customers.

  Senior citizen here. I contacted them via their website about replacing my roof. I received an email stating that they had an opening for June 6 at 5pm. I agreed. I waited outside for them for over an hour. No one showed up. No one called, texted or email. No one has returned my call or email. This business is 5 minutes from me.

  We never had an appointment set up with this person. He had emailed our company to request an estimate. Our Administrative assistant emailed him back at 8:39AM on June 1st about a potential appointment date of June 6th at 5:00PM but Ted never returned the email confirming the appointment so one was never scheduled. Once an appointment is scheduled with a customer a confirmation is sent either by text or by email that includes the name of the sales person, a picture of the salesperson and a confirmation of the day and time. None of that was done because the customer never confirmed that he was available at the appointment time.
  I offered to send someone out after his negative post on Facebook and received no reply. Someone in his comment section then said to complain to the BBB and then he took that step. This was a miscommunication between the customer and our office. I tried to remedy the situation and this person is more interested in posting negative reviews that getting an actual estimate.

  I did reply to April’s emails 3 times including one on April 8. No replies. Also left 1 phone message with no reply. So they have my phone number This was my experience. Maybe their email system is flawed. That is all.

  The dude has my phone number. No one has ever called me. The guy might know something about roofs but can’t make a phone call.
