1 starforces you to sign document agreeing to be spammed by insurance agents (probably for kickbacks) or you cannot complete your paperwork. i spoke to them directly about NOT doing this. do NOT sell my information - and they did it anyways. very angry as i use my personal number for WORK!!Review fromCatherine S

If I could rate this company with negative stars I would. This is a HORRIBLE company. Not only did they never communicate with us during our home buying process, only if I reached out to them did I receive information, but they made me sign my closing documents twice. They sent me the wrong closing documents, a mistake that was made by their incompetent workers, and tried to blame it on the lender. The lender in fact sent them the correct paperwork as we confirmed this with them, Ohio Real Title gave us the wrong ones to sign. Come to find out a month later, as I am trying to pay my mortgage, they never gave us all of the papers to sign. After 4 phone calls with my lender, we find out that Ohio Real Title never gave us all of the paperwork which is why I cannot pay my mortgage that is due in 4 business days. Ohio Real Title was supposed to reach out to us to notify us that the paperwork was not complete, however, they are so incompetent that they cannot even do that correctly. Whenever anyone mentions buying a home to me, I will make sure to emphasize the absolute HORROR of a company that this is and tell everyone NEVER to use your services. I will never sell or buy a home again that utilizes your services.
