    Used bisect hosting on and off for years with no problems. Recently made a new account, and was never given my billing user/password information. Contacted their support team over it multiple times. Ended up having to cancel the card I signed up with because they just kept billing me, and left me with no other recourse. Very disappointing.

    I've been using Bisect Hosting since Sept of 2021 and have found their systems to work very well. I've hosted three separate game servers with them. Their interface is simple to use and each support ticket I have submitted was responded to very quickly. My most recent ticket took less than 5 minutes for them to send a suggestion that closed the ticket. I find them to be knowledgeable and helpful.
