Upon purchase of product i spent multiple days attempting to get it to work assuming I was the issue. After a weekend of work it is apparent that the server does not work because i was sold a service that is NOT as advertised. It doesnt even perform to the bare minimum, much less the level of quality i was promised when sold. I am requesting not only a refund but a fine for the business as they are selling lower quality services when they cannot provide them.

Essentially, I paid for 3 months of server hosting for a game server I have been running. I've had nothing but issues so far with their service. Both in performance and uptime, but primarily in uptime. Keep in mind that the usual industry standard for network uptime is 99.999%.

There's been multiple instances that their Dallas server location that has gone down (Dallas is where my server is hosted). There was one instance on the 6-28-2024 where it went down for multiple hours for some of my players. However, one instance was bad in particular. Hurricane Beryl hit Texas and the server location once again went down. For context, I am based in Dallas. Dallas was barely hit as almost all of the damage was concentrated entirely in Houston. While I would normally have sympathy, when checking I could not find one other server provider having any issue in the Dallas area.

During this 8 day downtime, they publicly did not disclose to anyone that their Dallas location was experiencing issues. There were instances of people buying servers only to find out they can't even start them. I continually asked for any update or a approximate ETA regarding the issue. During these 8 days almost every response was essentially: "No ETA/No Update/Sorry for the incovinence".

After the 8 days, I lost majority of my playerbase on the server as they found alternative servers/lost interest entirely. While they did compensate me in the form of an additional 8 days of server hosting- it didn't fix the issue that all my players went to other servers because of the downtime. I requested a refund even if partial (as I'm 1 month into 3) only to be directed to their refund policy. Their refund policy is after 3 days everything is nonrefundable. Which is crazy as how can you reasonably determine uptime/performance within a 3 day time frame? My issues didn't begin until a few weeks into the hosting.

All I want is just a refund even partial, which I don't believe is unreasonable given everything.

I purchased their services and upon reviewing my credit card statement, I saw they charged me over 6 times for one transaction. I received emails about the transaction being declined from the hosting service, however all their charges went through

May 30th 2024 I paid for server hosting for a video game. The company promised stable, lag free, gameplay with their server. I have tried to play on the server and the experience is not as advertised. Their sales pitch and promises are misleading and don't live up to expectations. I put in a complaint directly to the company and they told me I was out of luck and not going to get a refund.
