They arrived earlier than the expected time !! They were fast and efficient. Friendly. Cleaned up after work was done. Very pleased customer ! I will use Ken Neyer Plumbing for any future needs.

Great experience! The technician arrived as scheduled and listened to understand my needs. Then took pictures and measurements to fully understand the scope of the effort. And, he came back just a couple of days later to do the work. Ken Neyer Plumbing was very responsive to my needs and very timely in completing the work. I now use Ken Neyer Plumbing whenever I have plumbing needs in my house. They have replaced a toilet, a utility sink in the laundry area, faucets, and more. I just had two guys here this morning (one an apprentice) and they were great!

I have used Ken Neyer twice now with two different plumbers. Both of them were extremely responsive and listened to what I needed and executed perfectly. Extremely happy that I found them and plan to give them my business for years to come. 5 starsThe service team at Neyer plumbing are polite and professional part of our team at ******* Construction. They assist on our remodeling projects including kitchen and bathrooms for older and newer homes. Neyer has extensive experience and they are diligent in making sure everything is right! The technician was very thorough in explaining the details before, during and after the job was finished. The office communicated with me through the process. The technicians cleaned up and were respectful of my home. Everyone I encountered from Neyer was friendly and professional. Actually found the problem with our sewer line where other companies did not We were even told that our beautiful 65 year old oak tree was the the problem by one company because of the roots and the tree needed to go or we needed to spend thousands of dollars to line our pipe. It was more cost effective to take the tree down. As it turns out, there was no roots, there was a crack in the iron pipe that caused the pip to separate. Neyer found it, fixed it, and I feel great the problem is finally solved. The guys were great!Review fromDee Ana B
