      I for the first time in a year to get my hair cut and eyebrows waxed. I have no complaints of the gal that did my eyebrows. She was sweet and very nice to me. I am on oxygen and couldn’t lay down on the bed and so she did them while sitting in a chair. I giver her 5 stars.
      My complaint is about my haircut. I had pictures of myself and then another style I would like to try. I told her I wanted clippers just above my ears on both sides and then the top of my hair to have longer layers that went the middle part of my ear, so if I wanted to I could put it behind my ears. I feel like I’ve been scalped. She went 2 to 2 1/2 inches above my ears. I look like a man??.
      I am devastated. I didn’t really noticed till I got in the car. I was sobbing. I have been ill for a few years and this was the first time I was alone in the salon and it almost felt normal. I am a retired cardiac nurse due to my illness. I expected better from your establishment. I would like to be refunded for the haircut, tip you can keep and maybe get the stylist some classes on how to listen to her customers.

      My daughter had an appointment at 2:45 PM today for a trim and curtain bangs. We were in the salon for 2.5 hours for a trim. The stylist cut her hair so poorly that my daughter got in the car and cried. She wanted curtain bangs. The lady not only cut bangs, straight across, completely uneven. They are chopped off, at an angle. They look terrible. She is beyond humiliated. Being a 16 years old girl she is very concerned she will be bullied for a $47 hair cut that took over 2 hours! The stylist even made her go sit under a heat lamp since she was running late for her next appointment. We will never go back to one of your locations.

      I took my daughter to Kenneth’s on 2/25/23 to have her hair colored and cut. Our appointment was at 1pm with *****. Right before we were texted it would be with *******. We got there at 12:30pm and they overbooked our stylist so we didn’t get her in the chair until 1:18pm. (I have records of texts I sent to my husband). During the services I was not told how much it would cost and found out only when I went to check out which was almost 7:30. We were there for 8 hours. I was fine with this as the color turned out beautiful. It has since started to fade. I have pictures for documentation if anyone needs to see them. I paid over $500 with an additional $103 tip for a creative color that hasn’t even lasted 4 weeks. 2 weeks ago I still noticed pink dye in the bath water after washing her hair. I was not told the color would fade this soon. Everyone I’ve spoken with who’s had a creative color has said it should last longer than 4 weeks. I called a couple weeks ago and asked if it was normal for it to fade and they said I could bring her in. I took my daughter back on 3/25 and was told they informed me this would happen. I’m sure there are cameras around & am 100% sure none of this was said to me on 2/25. I asked for a touch up and the stylist and salon manager refused. I have a copy of my receipt and would like some of my money refunded. I feel disappointed and cheated the services performed didn’t last as long as I expected them to. Had I been told I’d be spending $500 on a color that would last less than 4 weeks, I would have had them do something else for my kid. I have pictures documenting how much color has faded.

      I went to Kenneth's to get my hair foiled and showed a picture of black and blonde. I ended up with blonde all over no black. Also agreed to a price of $211 ended up being $312. She had to use more product than expected. That was the worst experience Ive ever had. Couldn't even get a blow dry due to it being an extra $40. I'll not go back there for anything. Paying that much for something I didn't want is ridiculous. And I was there for a little over 4 hours.
