      The Flying Ace car wash on Far Hills in Centerville had a malfunction while our vehicle went through. One of their brushes came down hard against the hood causing multiple chips in the paint across the hood. We filed a complaint that the manager said would be sent to the corporate. The manager called me three times over several weeks on the second call he started waffling stating their cameras weren't working and he was waiting on a decision from corporate, the next call the lies started flying,the machines only go up during a malfunction, they would only scratch the paint and not chip it, there is nothing here that would cause that kind of damage and more bs. I'm pretty sure he was reading from a script. Not a good company to do business with.

      I am a customer with them 7 years ago, this year they increased the unlimited was from 14.99 to 20$, and they stop giving the airfreshner for free by june 2023 suddenly, and you cant even get a towel any more to clean your car and give it back as usual, and when i tried to wash my car in beavercreek, one of the workers said fuck cause he told me to drive forward and i didnt instantly, this business is difinetly going down, bad service, impolite employees

      I went for a car wash couple weeks ago. When I got home, I found out that one big piece of my car’s paint came off. I was so upset, so I called the store. They showed me the camera and we could see that my car’s paint did not peel off before I got their service. It literally happened after couple months I got my car wash at their store. However, they denied that happened because of their bad service.

      I had a monthly membership and canceled it when the carwash close to me caught on fire. After the carwash reopened I went to the link I received when I canceled and clicked on it to renew my membership. After entering my credit card information and submitting it to restart my membership I received a message saying there was an issue processing my information. I verified my information, hit send again. I again received the same message. I hit send again and still received the same error message. I went to the carwash and the attendant was able to restart my membership. The next day I looked at my bank statement and was charged four times, $36 each time for the membership. The attendants at the carwash are kids and said they can't help me with my issue. I have emailed customer service twice about this and have not received a reply back. If I don't receive a reply soon and have my money refunded I will cancel my membership and never come back. Terrible customer service, but I guess this is now the norm.

      Terrible experience. I sold my car and tried to cancel my membership. Their website doesn't work to cancel, their customer service doesn't answer the phone, the chat function doesn't work, the local store employees are told to not handle memberships. It obvious they have intentionally made the cancellation process as difficult as possible to continue to charge people. After a week I still have no call back, no email and no desire to assist me. Bad business, poor leadership, with bad intentions against its customers.

      I am not sure what happened but when I got to the entrance this young adult said "Next time do what I told you" I was unaware he said anything. I am a senior citizen, an employee should not be rude to the their clientele. This happened 1/27/2023 at 5:18 PM ET.

      Raised all the services and took away free towels & fresheners. My unlimited "old" package was $19.95 went to $30. They went out of their way to hide the price increases coming 1/1/2023.

      I'm sorry that you felt this process was hidden. We sent out a text message notification to all accounts starting 12/19/22, as well as had an acknowledgement screen at the kiosks on every site starting on 12/19 as well notifying of the upcoming change. Unfortunately if your account was not updated by you with any change in phone number or email address we would not be able to distribute - we can only send to what we have on file.
      The top wash still gets a free air freshener, and our towel exchange program is still present - with a one time $4 donation to local charity (100% proceeds donated) you can use the towel and we will exchange it for a fresh towel any time you like. This was all communicated starting 12/19/22.

      There machine malfunctioned. Kicked my vehicle off the pull through devise and punctured a 3 inch hole in the side wall of my tires. They won't reenburse me for the tires. The employees was a little rood at 1st. They was more worried Bout the other patrons than trying to get my vehicled out off the way. They I'd call triple A at there expense to put the spare tire on my vehicle. But won't reenburse me for my tires. Made for a expensive car wash. Won't be going back.

      Today is Nov. 30, 2022. This company doesn't provide customer service. When I wrote to them online, I never got any response. They never try to fix the problems they create for us. On Oct. 4, 2022, at ***************, **** told me that I could buy one month and get one month. But on Nov. 4, 2022, I was charged again and didn't get any notice ahead or later, and didn't get any response after I reported this to its customer service. Until now I didn't get a refund from it. This has always been *******'s ill business behavior. During July, 2016 to Oct, 2019, my husband, a dementia old man, was charged 40 months for no service, every month $25 or $24.99, total $999.76, but he didn't get any notice ahead or later. Moo Moo grabs money from us for no reason! Such companies should not exist.

      Hello, this review has been posted in several other locations and the answer has been the same at every occurrence - you were given the max refund for both accounts, and the reason your husband's account didn't get notified was because a fake phone number was used at the account set up (444-444-4444). We cannot refund more than 6 month's due to company policy; thank you for your understanding.

      There car wash broke and damaged 6 cars. They said they will pay for it and then when I got the 3 estimates they said wont cover it now. Dont ever take the chance.
