    Ordered Hydro3 Glass Coating.Plastic vial arrived cracked and contents evaporated. Exoforma has no customer service, no phone and no response.

    Been almost a month since order was placed. Received 1 e-mail about supply shortages. Haven't been able to reach anyone since. I think I've been had!!

    I placed my order on May 5th because they had a 50% promotion on an all-inclusive wash kit and said it would expire on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th). I followed up on May 8th because I did not receive any update on ship date and was told my order would ship in a few days. I followed up again on May 14th. It's May 15th and my order still has not shipped and no update on when it will even ship.

    This company is the worst! Do NOT buy anything from them. There's no way to reach. I've tried via their support email to no avail. Their tire shine is trash!! I asked them to send me a return address for a refund and they have not responded after 3 or 4 attempts! They got me for $24.99. I'm sure I'm not alone...

    Ordered their product in August 2023. Payment via Paypal. Never received any confirmation from the company. Only my receipt from Paypal. Two weeks went by. No communication or anything acknowledging the order, shipment etc.. Sent email. Received a reply back from R*** that the order will ship later in the week or first of next week. Nothing. Waited 2 more weeks. Emailed again. No response. Then get a marketing email that the products are now on Amazon. Sent another email. Nothing. I've never had to file a dispute via Paypal. Ever. This time I did. Within 48hrs or filing that dispute, Surprise! Fedex shipment notification.
    Lesson learned. These companies spend tons on social media marketing and fail to understand that in this day and age, customers want their stuff fast. Spoiled by Amazon but that's the reality.

    Two weeks have gone by without an email stating that my order has been shipped. One week after I contacted them, they assured me it was being shipped that week. Nothing. We'll see what happens after my second email.

    Purchase the tire shine in August and received a cracked bottle with nothing in it, got in touch with customer service person named **** and sent her pictures of box and the bottle and then she replied back and said it will take a long while for replacement cause they are backed up, so I ask for refund and boom no response TYPICAL, this company is a scam and rip off dont waste your time or money on this site

    DO NOT buy ANY product from ExoForma !!!!! There customer service ( lack of ) ***** ! No phone number. Had tire dressing come that I ordered and was leaking in the box, I have e mailed them 6 times and the keep saying it will be reviewed and they'll get back with me !!! I even sent pics as soon as I opened the box.... Do No Do business with them... Fair warning.......

    Purchased the tire coating based on an ad I saw. I was skeptical but figured I would try something new. I was amazed at the results. It has been a couple months since I applied the treatment and the tires still look shiny and wet.It is hard to judge a company based on the BBB reviews. Nobody goes to the BBB to write a review on a company. The BBB is a last resort when things don't go well. I have seen reviews on the BBB site for several companies and they are all 1 star. Fact is, you do not go to the BBB when you have a positive experience. Thought I would change this.
