      I ordered online and never received the package. Express told me to file a claim with UPS, but I can't because they shipped it in a way that it's transferred to the USPS for delivery so therefore you are unable to file a claim. When I contacted Express again for help, they told me that I am not eligible for a refund or for the product to be shipped again because the tracking shows it will be delivered today (which if had said everyday for 2 weeks).
      This company will not make things right and are not helpful at all. Don't give them your money!

      Bought an item on black Friday sales. When it finally arrived, it was too large. They don't offer online exchanges, or honor prices from previous purchases, so I'm either stuck with a pair of pants that don't fit or I'm paying more for ones that do. This is not how I do business, so I will not be making future purchases from them.

      The quality of the clothes are very poor and the design are horrible. Way better quality 5 years ago and design were more classy I do not shop here anymore for that matter

      Double zero stars
      I placed an order on 11 6 23 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I never received a tracking number. I called customer service 2xs and had an online chat. They took off the 2 day shipping cost but the rep made a typo leaving my order 1 dollar short so owed 1 dollar and my order still wasn't shipped. I ordered the dress for an event I was attending and I have no dress!! I asked to cancel the order and they would not. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM EXPRESS AGAIN. IM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AND THE TREATMENT IS BELOW MY STANDARDS. NEVER AGAIN!

      I ordered 1 item in July 2023. Because of fit reasons, I returned the item within the full refund window. The company confirmed via email that they received my item, but still they did not refund my original payment method, claiming that they made an error and needed to do a manual refund. It is now 29 September 2023 and I received a call from customer service asking me for my credit card number over the phone since the refund window has now closed. I refused to give my credit card number over the phone for security reasons, and they issued me a gift card instead. At least they gave me a gift card, but this issue is very frustrating and I would not recommend shopping here in the future. Terrible customer service.

      No stars! I sent an item on September 9th, today is September 26 and I still haven’t received an item. I’ve contacted them several times and they told me it was coming on the 25. Horrible, they’ve confirmed that they’ve received my item. I payed with Klarna and I’m still being charged. It’s a lot of money for the dress and it’s kind of harsh that they would keep the money from you once they’ve already confirmed that they received my return. I don’t even like the store. I don’t know why I ordered that dress but for sure I will never shop in the store ever again in my life.

      I placed an order for $177.71. I received one item from the company.. not the 7 that I ordered. After checking with all of my neighbors regarding the package I contacted the customer service of express and requested my items be resent. They refused. So I paid $177.71 for one shirt. Horrible customer service. I will never shop with this company again.

      The company Express sells items from another entity. When you purchase something from there market place they don't tell you that they don' handle anything for the order. All issues must be sent directly to the entity. Also, the price on express is triple the price on the entity's website. This is price gouging and deceptive practices used by this company. The customer is unaware of this when they place the order.*

      This company has very unethical bordering illegal practices.
      I purchased an article of clothing that was too small. After asking about exchange policies I was told that I could return the original item and then repurchase the item in the size I wanted and the price would be matched to the original if necessary. The original was bought at a sale price and so I was happy to leave immediately and return the items in store. Prior to do this I did call to speak with a service rep just to confirm this info was in fact accurate. I was assured it was. I then purchased the item in the correct size online (they did not have the item I wanted in store). Afterwards, I called to have the price matched as I was told in a customer service chat (that I saved photos of). The customer service rep that answered named *****, was rude from the start. He not only demanded I have proof of the phone calls as well as the chat, he then attempted to tell me what I told him about the prior call and chat were not true. He made me email him the chats and I did. He told me to pronounce his name correctly as I must have said it incorrectly, I’m not sure. As I began to get frustrated he told me to stop and I needed to let him finish what he was saying which was all argument about why I could not be price matched. He then left me oh hold for about 10 minutes and then came back and told me too bad they were denying the price match. I asked for his name. He gave it and hung up on me. I then got on the chat with another rep who immediately, no hesitation, price matched and resolved the situation. This employee was really out of control in his approach and willingness to resolve. I would appreciate an apology and want to let others know that Express is really not what it once was and to beware before buying. They do not care. If I could give a zero I would. I’ll never purchase with them again.
