1 starWe completely regret our choice to do business with this company. The sales pitch was great. Life time guarantee on the windows. They even said they do yearly inspections to help with maintenance on the windows. The crew that installed our windows left a huge mess at our house. It looked like a toddler did all of the caulking. We took pictures and made several attempts to get someone to acknowledge this. After weeks of attempts we finally found someone to come look. Both employees that came out were shocked at how bad the windows looked. They ended up having to take one out and redo it with how bad it was. Fast forward a few month when the weather was nice enough to open the windows. They would open just fine but only 1 of the 9 windows would even close back up. Constantly dealing with (still am years later) when you open the window it will not line back up to close. Meaning we can't even lock tge windows. Some times the windows will leave a 1-2in gap . When you close the bottom wondow it pulls down the top window . We have been calling and calling just trying to get someone to even come look at the windows . They answer and acknowledge what we say but then never call back to schedule or do anything. They run from the issue and won't back up the guarantee they promised.Review fromJohn F
