Zero stars. Very time consuming to get hold of ************* they call it, but representatives leave very frustrated and angry, badly needs customer service training. During a call on July 14; After 4 hours finally spoke to a supervisor that did not give her name very rude and did not attempt to resolve the issue at all. I have been for years enrolled in auto payments for years and suddenly for the month of June they did not take the payment according to them because their system was having problems, however, they charged me a fee of $101 on the next billing cycle. I pay my accounts full balance every month. so I told her that if they did not remove the charge my bank will pay the full amount including the charge fee. I also have a credit of $159.10 from last statement that did not transfer to the current statement. She was very rude and told me to write a billing dispute. I am canceling my card

I have a CC with Sephora and have been trying to dispute a charge for over a month now. Everytime I call and try to speak with them I am on hold for over 20 min and then when I speak with someone Im told that their computer is frozen and that they will put me on hold. I spoke with someone last month stating that I was disputing a charge and told them everything. They th asked me what charge? Due to the website being down I couldnt provide the exact date of charge. So when I said I couldnt logon to provide the date of the charge she claimed she wasnt able to see my transactions either? How does a CC company with access to me SSN etc, not have access to my transactions? That lady then hung up on me I had to call back Again explain everything. I was told I would receive something in the mail regarding my dispute. I have not gotten ANYTHING. I am currently on the phone with them and have been waiting for 30 min and yet again their computers are frozen. I am at a loss. This is wildly insane!! How does a company like Sephora have a link to this trash company? I dont know where the women or customer service reps are out of but they cant understand English either so I have to repeat myself 10 times. This has just overall been a horrible experience. I wish I could retract ever opening a card with them.

I have had a credit card with Comenity ******************** for years. Until recently, service was fantastic. They safeguarded my account flawlessly, warning me of unusual or fraudulent charges and providing email notifications of every transaction on my card.On 27 June, they started an "upgrade" to their website. I have received messages from them that the upgrade was complete on 3 July. On 11 July, I am still unable to set alerts on my account or receive text or email notifications of transactions. I was finally able to retrieve a copy of my June statement (email said it was available on 27 June) on 5 July.

I lost my card 6/23. Could not access account (website down) to lock, so had to report it lost 6/24. Was supposed to receive replacement card, As of 7/7, no card. Called (took several days to get through) and was assured it would be expedited, I would receive in 48 hrs. Today, 7/11, no card! I have several auto payments scheduled. Understand upgrading website; cannot understand that no effort made to continue business during the upgrade. Cannot get through to **************** by phone; was able to access account the first time today and see charge after the card was reported lost.

What a joke. You can't even report a lost or stolen credit card, let alone make a payment. I have tried every phone number I can find to reach Comenity Bank and NONE of them are of any help. It's just ridiculous. I misplaced a new credit card, not even activated yet and I can't reach a liver person to report it to, WTF am I supposed to do? I have a small balance to pay but don't have my card number to register to pay online. This has been an ongoing issue since June 25, 2022. How do they get away with this? I bet if my payment that I had to put in the mail doesn't reach them in time they will be quick to charge me a late fee that I won't be able to dispute because you can't reach a live person. To pay by phone to one of their associates will cost $9.95.
