      I mistakenly thought I paid off my account. Come to find out the payment never posted. When I initially called Comenity I was told they could waive one of the late fees if I paid the balance. I made a $50.89 payment over the phone and asked them to close the account. Big mistake. I received new **** today for $41.91. This was the late fee they were suppose to waive as a courtesy. The associate failed to inform me that I should wait until my payment posted and for the credit to be approved, before closing the account. Now they "can't" keep their word on the credit I was promised. The call was terminated when the manager refused to file a complaint on the associate. He kept repeating the closing process over and over again, like if I didn't understand him. At this point I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with them. Lets just say I stop being polite. My complaint is the ridiculous late charge fees of $70 on a balance that was $23 dollars and the lack of customer service. I have never had an issue with any of my other credit companies. Mind you I had $9,000 line of credit with them.

      Used to get Dental Work done at Aspen dental, dentist was great, financing worst case of business practice ever displayed. The process of creating plans is never discussed with you.. so you don't know what is going on behind the scenes, then they set a pay in full date, you never were aware of or agreed to add bulk interest in one shot. If you opt to continue monthly payments and are told there will be NO MORE BULK INTEREST CHARGES time goes on and you are paying more than asked and on time, again ANOTHER BULK INTEREST TO SAME PLAN. Called in May 2022 told there would be no more Bulk Interest charges to this plan, Boom July 2022 another bulk charge...SCAM do not do business with these, better to use a CREDIT CARD you can TRUST. Totally a c*** way of doing business. Why is ********* allowing them in the ****** Hello States Atty shut them down!!!

      *** K.I started out as a ******** Jewelry store customer more than 2 decades ago. ******** jewelers have since gone out of business and with Zales being a sister store of there's I soon became a Zales customer. I have been a long time customer with an excellent payment history. After thousands of dollars in purchases my most recent promotional purchase will most certainly be my last purchase of any kind with Zales /Comenity Capital Bank I was lead to believe by my salesclerk that my promotion ended in July of 2022. my payments most often were made by phone and my remaining balance was only $440.00 from a beginning balance of more than $5,000.00 when I called on June 24th to make the final $440.00 payment I'm given a balance of over $2,000.00 . after talking to a customer service rep. and a supervisor I was told that my promotion had ended less than a month earlier and it was noted on my monthly statements. after searching for the small print on the last page yes it was noted but clearly my payment history and the supervisors acknowledgement of my excellent payment history made no difference to Comenity Capital Bank, because they refused to remove the 30% interest from the original balance in 2020. I would have been better off going to a loan shark at least then I would known upfront the interest charges and not have been shocked and upset at the end. Comenity Capital Bank should be called LOAN SHARK BANK no wonder their customer rating is low shame on them.

      I have been on the phone for about 20 minutes with Comenity Bank associate ******. They refused to provide me with an extension or associate ID number and hung up on me when I asked for this information. I called because a long-lost friend of mine received a voice mail from number 1 855 x** xxxx ext ******* - (the name was difficult to catch) - about a personal matter for me - Ulta credit card. Of course, my friend let me know and was concerned that this was something very urgent or that I was in big trouble. I reached out to Comenity and spoke with ******; he was insulting and unprofessional and worsened this situation. He never apologized, talked over me, and told me my payment was seven days late and so much more that did not make sense and when I questioned he told me if I argue he will end the call. I have never experienced such treatment in my entire life. Instead of contacting me directly via phone, email, text, or m, or mailing a letter, they chose to ****** names, find someone I had an association with, and reach out to them instead about my personal matter. This is humiliating. Payment was not even 30 days past due. My Ulta Credit Card is in good standing otherwise, and there was no reason to contact someone else about my **** that is seven days late before trying to reach out to me directly. I understand the payment was late. However, that does not justify and give anyone a right to invade someone's privacy. This action by Ulta Credit Card has caused personal damage by ruining my reputation, and forced my friend and me an unnecessary scare for 7 days past due ****. This is humiliating and I feel like my rights have been taken away. This whole situation will result in me never using this Ulta Credit Card again and never go to do business with ULTA in general. This is the worst experience I have had in my entire life while doing business. I will definitely close this credit card as well. Bye Bye Ulta!!! (Ulta Beauty is more like Ulta Ugly for me now)

      Comenity Capital Bank is absolute garbage, they send you letters with links that do not work, and emails with links that also won't work, so you cant make payments on time, I paid them 2 months together when finally I could register on the website and as soon I pay them they blocked my account, do not add your bank information to these low life business, this is ridiculous, I can even say that you will probably have better communication with a collector rather than this absolute garbage of a company.

      I used bread payments at checkout for the purchase of a home appliance since there was a 0% APR offer with them. I immediately received a message that Bread required further information to verify my id. I called them, answered difficult questions with regards to my history, uploaded my drivers license and so forth. I was treated rudely by the woman asking me the questions. I then received a message that I would get a response in 1-3 days. It has been 3 weeks now and I have not received a single communication. I missed out on the time sensitive deal, and they have all my personal information. That is not a way to do business with people that trust and provide sensitive personal data.

      I have a credit account with community capital bank I have a self-payment and they took it from me without notice now they are charging me a surcharge of $29 which I count unfairly because my payment was always up to date I call customer service and the unprofessional that assisted me was ***** one arrogant despot did not give me alternatives simply treated me horrible the service is horrible

      I had this credit account recently from blue Nile for purchase online though comenity bank every time I login my account online is said your account is closed and each time I have change password when l want to log back login again is **** and tired to do this all the time and when I try to call customer service representative one of them ask me basic for my account information and put me on hold and let waiting until I find out after 37 minutes the office is closed all I would like to says please dont ever apply for this credit from this bank unless you have no choice

      BJs Comenity master card - over a month & still unable to get any answers. I started calling at 8:00 am this morning & after a couple times I talked to a representative & found out the payment of $838 which was transferred from my bank to them. Cant find it so she put me on hold. Disconnected after waiting 30 minutes.Since then I cant get through - waiting each time over 30 ************** hand up.Unacceptable service. No answers on 3 fraudulent charges. No answers on anything.We can only pray that ****** and/or **** club will come to our area soon. OR BJs wakes up & uses a different bank.

      I have not been able to log into my account for a month and their excuse does not jive. Will cancel my card and never do business with them again!
