      I have only lived at one residence for the past 22 years: *** ****** **** ******* *** *****. All other addresses need to be removed from my consumer report immediately.

      All other places of employment need to be removed immediately.

      I have only one phone number ###-###-####. All other phone numbers need to be removed immediately.

      Enclosed please find an old Drivers License with my address and a current one.

      Credit Report. You also state that Innovis did not respond to your previous
      requests.

      A Security Freeze has already been placed on your Innovis Credit Report, per your previous request initiated on Innovis.com on 11/12/2019. The address you entered when the Security Freeze was placed, *** ***** ******** *** ****, was not on your Innovis Credit Report at that time. We requested proof of your address in our letter dated 11/12/2019.
      Innovis received the W2 you sent us as proof of your address on 4/12/2021. Subsequently, we mailed you a Security Freeze Confirmation Letter, containing your 10-digit Security Freeze PIN, in our mailing dated 4/16/2021.
      The address you provide with your complaint, **** * ******** **** * *** ***** **** is not on your Innovis Credit Report. To protect your information, we will only send a new Security Freeze Confirmation Letter and a new Security Freeze PIN to a verified address. Please provide proof of this address with a Driver’s License, recent and complete Utility Bill, W2, Pay Stub, Bank Statement or Credit Union Statement that includes your full name and current address. You may provide that documentation using the link that was emailed to you.
      Innovis also responded to your previous requests, asking that you provide us with proof of your current address in our letters dated 12/5/2019, 12/27/2019, 3/20/2021, and 8/15/2022.

      Innovis has blocked my ability online to review and obtain my consumer profile information. Additionally the information I received by mail has an inaccurate name I do not use. Repeated Data entry issues such as misspellings and inaccurate account information needs to be corrected and updated.

      I have reached out to this company in regards to the information they are reporting over the last 12 months. They have not responded and I have tried to correct this with them multiple times. I never gave them permission to report anything about me and did not provide any written consent for them to utilize my information. They have ignored me and caused me to be denied based on their reporting. I want these items removed immediately from my report

      On August 26, 2022, I received a copy of my consumer report through Innovis and discovered 2 accounts that were not mine. I am not liable for these accounts from ******* **** ******** and **** ******* ****** *****. I do not have a contract with either institution for these accounts nor have they provided me with an original application to to the accounts as requested.

      Please accept this response to the complaint we received regarding
      Mr. ****** on 08/25/2022. We researched the consumer’s request through our
      processing system, and were unable to locate any previous correspondence or
      contact from Mr. ******. We contacted Mr. ****** by phone on 08/30/2022 to
      discuss his concerns.    

      Our records indicate that our client* ****** ********* ***, accessed
      a copy of Mr. ******** credit report on 10/14/2021 and 09/29/2020. Per our
      conversation, we disputed these inquiries with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs).

      Factual Data
      provides credit information from CRAs to its clients, which are primarily
      banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions that have a
      permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain credit
      information for lending purposes. Factual
      Data does not maintain a database of consumer information.

      Please be advised that this is my last attempt to resolve this matter as my next step is to pursue LEGAL ACTION The following 12 Accounts consist of unverifiable, inaccurate and inconsistent information on my credit report. Remove/delete from report immediately. ONLY PROVIDE COMPLAINT RESULTS BY WRITTEN CORRESPONDENTS THROUGH MAIL, not email or phone.


      I am requesting that Innovis remove eleven (11) accounts from my credit report as they display unverifiable information & numerous inaccuracies/inconsistencies and multiple violations of my rights.

      Also, I am requesting that Innovis REMOVE LATE PAYMENTS.from ONE (1) account and REMOVE all inaccurate information that is currently displayed on my credit report.

      Innovis has violated my rights and the law by refusing to remove these unverified & inaccurate account Information and inaccurate personal information along with furnishing such information without my written consent. I also have a legal right to privacy and demand that all of these issues be addressed immediately

      Innovis is refusing to remove a negative account (**** ***** ******) stating the account has been verified. However, **** ***** ****** claims to have told all of the credit reporting agencies to remove this account. Innovis has refused to remove it. I've attached screenshot where **** states they've told all of the Credit Reporting Agencies to remove the account. Innovis is in clear violation and violating my consumer rights as well as violating FCRA guidelines.
