I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!! They were complete life savers in a time of need. We were without power and another electric company had dragged us around for 2 days. ***** answered my call with such compassion and empathy. She sent a technician out almost immediately to assess the damage. **** did the quote which was far cheaper than another company. *****, the technician, worked all night to resolve our issue. He was professional, educated, timely, and so kind. Even after a little snafu he immediately came back (despite probably being on his way home!), resolved the issue, went above and beyond waiting until AEP came back to make sure all was ok before leaving. I am so appreciative of this company. If you ever need reliable service from kind professionals - look no further!! Thank you Safe Electric!!

A job well done!!! I am happy I decided to use Safe Electric! ************* were efficient and explained things well. I could not be happier on the finished appearance of the work. Safe Electric worked with me throughout the process to get me on their schedule. They had called to try to reschedule my original appointment, but after explaining I had a specific time line, they went above and beyond to keep me on original appointment time.If I were to find one area that I would like to see changed, it is a more detailed description of work to be done. A more detailed estimate with better line by line information.Overall I am satisfied with the work and would definitely call them in the future to do other jobs if it is ever needed!Safe Electric & Plumbing

I can not tell you grateful and pleased I am for their entire staff. From the diagnostic, the service, the repairs. Everyone was amazing and so helpful and thorough in their work. They were prompt and came the same day because they knew I was in a dangerous situation. Essentially they saved my families life. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!Safe Electric & Plumbing

Installed a new porch light/new location on porch ( 2-3 hour job in 96 degree heat ) which could not have gone better. Most appreciative to **** ****** and *****. This was not our first rodeo -- installed new basement lighting for us 4-5 years ago. Not one thing has changed -- same high quality job..Safe Electric & Plumbing

5 stars***** was very professional and friendly, he knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing . I had my outlets checked before, and nobody knew that it was just a trip button, even though I will be needing a new surge protector and wiring later, what he checked with the outlets really helped .Review fromCinda J
