      I have also had multiple problems with their billing department not billing the insurance company and getting a big bill. I called prior to the next appointment to make sure that it would get billed to the insurance company and it did not. I will not be going back!

      Not everyone but this place lied about what was wrong and gave me different meds to treat an infection that I didn't have. Used emergency services to send me to riverside and they lied to me as well just not on paper I wasn't allowed to see. Charge me for the trip and changed my medical records around, lied on them, and made some disappear to have few times where I would die but look like it was natural with no foul play. I lived though due to miracles. I don't trust **** ****** or this hospital at all. Insurance fraud and malpractice like crazy.

      Ohio Sleep Solutions is billing for services that were not performed.I have talked to billing roughly 5 times. Each time they tell me not to worry about the bill, that the back office will review it, and then they send me an automated text to pay the bill. They refuse to talk about the issue of fraud that they're committing. My sleep solution report is for 1 day and they are, per the receptionist, falsely charging for 3 days. I asked them to send the billing to my insurance and my insurance shows no record of their work. They are billing me directly for work that was not performed.

      As a nurse of 13 years this is the worst/most UNSAFE hospital Ive ever been to. The ** doesnt call report to the floor nurses. Theres not enough staff for the bare minimum work. Patients are high acuity and staff as given high ratios. There wasnt enough equipment available for me to do properly care for patients, Very unsafe healthcare system! The whole time I was there I was worried I was going to lose my nursing license. Trying to advocate for everyone when I say go to another hospital !!

      My mother has been at Doctors West for 6 days with confusion. The first 5 days she was treated very well. Yesterday she became agitated and she lost touch with reality and was acting out. Getting violent. She was restrained however after catherizing her she was not hooked back up to her PCO. She was wetting the bed and sat in it for hours. They came and cleaned her up and still didn't hook her back up. My niece had to tell the nurse that she needed hooked back up. My niece also noticed sores on her private area. This is not acceptable.

      Sitting in there hospital right now. Been admitted and been in pain for over four hours and nothing being done about it. Horrible. Nurses spend more time talking about boyfriends and personal life then caring for patients. The worst hospital I've been to

      I have had several bad experiences with the doctors here but Dr. ***** ******** was the worst. She treated me horribly and acted unethical and uncaring during my telehealth visits. She even allowed her child to sit in on my appointment and watch me cry while I was having a health crisis, she didn't provide my fmla documents in a timely manner, she even went as far as not providing the documents to me but to my employer without disclosing it to me, she actually tried to assist my employer to terminate me. I sought her out as a physician of color because I thought she would understand health disparities and would have treated me respectful. I have experienced additional trauma because of her lack of ethical behavior. I will never seek help at Ohiohealth again because of her and I will file a complaint with the state.

      ********************** is billing for services not performed. First, upon meeting us, they took off my husband's recently seated brace from the ** to take an X-ray against the orthopedic doctor's orders to the nurse to leave it on just minutes before. He made it clear he wasn't happy with that decision on the X-ray technician's part due to potentially injuring the patient further. Then they scheduled my husband back for a 4 week follow up and he arrived only to have the doctor ask him why he was even there and turn him away because he wanted to see him back in 6 weeks. We were shocked when we received a bill for the visit and they deny that he was never examined. The doctor is the one that sent him out and told him to come back in 2 weeks after my husband was already missing work.We will not be returning to *********** because when we disputed that my husband didn't get examined with the doctor and were billed for it, we were told the system is complex, the notes received were accurate, and we have to pay. But they did offer that we could apply for financial assistance to help pay the bill for services we didn't receive. It's boils down to they can't admit when they are wrong.

Will also need to know the exact billing company for the provider. Is this an OhioHealth bill or bill from a contracted provider. Happy to assist!

      They lied about the amount and services provided. They said the I was a level 5 emergency (which means VERY serious, like dying) so they charged me way way more than they legally should. I waited near 3 hours to even see a doctor, when I did they could not identify what was going on then they sent me home. Then sent me a bill as if they saved my life and I nearly died without them. My friend in medical reviewed my bill and said it is very likely fraudulent, avoid these people at all cost.
