Supposedly without any notice I’m now in Ohio Health from *** **** ****** cause of some switch they did an never was contacted ever. Now having to set up a new My Chart and has none of my information, piss poor service and pretty redic considering you need your past history to contact on my chart, my information should have been transferred over at the least. Terrible all I can say!!!! If a company takes over another your info should be transferred over and not have to go through hoops and bounds to simply message your doc that you could message on the prior company’s my chart and now I’m told I have to make an appt in order to have my providers name come up to be able to send a message also. So I need to pay my copay jJUST so I can message my doc info she told me to send through my chart.

I FINALLY got an appt at Ohio Health pain clinic.. I have been quite sick and do not leave my house for weeks to months at a time. I had no one to take/drive me so I was forced to do it. I think about turning around about 6 times on the way there and going back home but knew this was really important and I had to do this so I tried to power through.
I get there-to a place I had never been before. No parking (I have a handicap placard) and have to park way on other side of street and walk across the road. And through a large building as well. I am basically handicapped on the left foot but it also has a large open wound on the foot as well. I had to walk really, really slow and was in a lot of pain.
I am not late for actual appt- just not as early as they wanted me to be. I had no idea there would be that much walking either. I was told I have to reschedule after all of that!
The grey haired female receptionist was unnecessarily rude, I told them WHY I had to move so slow- and that I didnt realize the amount of walking- they dont care. I got her boss number,
went to another suite bawling my eyes out in pain and frustration and ask for help. Originally I thought I left my cell phone all the way back in the car and I wanted to use their phone or call for me the number of the manager ***** ********. They said they weren't allowed to call and that their phone lines were tied up for their own patients and wouldn't let me use the phone. I then go downstairs and calls the manager ***** ******** and tell her the situation She says she will talk to them and then will call right back. She ends a security guard down instead. My foot is seeping and bleeding and I ask if I can be pushed out to car. I was told no- because I am parked off campus property My foot is in real bad shape now because of all the walking and I can barely walk and am in horrid pain. I was unnecessarily denied medical care that Iso desperately needed- all because they had a chip on their shoulder.

Over $100 for a 5 minute tele health appointment because they were short on time with my annual physical. So they fabricated a reason to repeatedly bill me. All their customer service did was respond that it was an appropriate rate, and to contact financial assistance if help was needed. Completely missing the point.

Well, I went to them for a 2.3 cm wide cancer mass but had a 7mm.. Said to be benign. But after surgery, my medical info was all falsified to cover up the fact they misdiagnosed my Cancer mass. I still have cancer the same 2.3 cm wide cancer mass. They took out the 7mm & it was cancer. So suck with a bogus misdiagnosis medical report cover up and my Cancer that I went to them for.

NEVER! Take a loved one to any of these facilities. I was wrongfully prescribed a medication that affected me mentally and physically to the point I was having a nervous break down. I went to the ER riverside on my on accord and they were informed of thus prior to my arrival. They immediately stripped me, questioned me for 5 minutes and deemed I needed to go to their psych ward. Upon my refusing they took my wife away from me locked me up sent me bare foot after I had undergone foot surgery recently. Left me standing in someone else’s blood in the bathroom and did not clean me. Once I refused to go they had 5 security rush me in the bathroom! And during drop me on my head. They sent me out tied up with no clothes in 10 degree weather and ultimately laughed at me and told by security we get sued all the time I will be fine and laugh in my face. Where do you people get off, shame on you. And not one apology after numerous complaints. This place is like stepping into hell. Do so at your own risk.

After 2.5 months of having my Dr appointments rescheduled and my prescriptions refilled, and being reassured my Doctor was just on family leave for 90 days. I received an email that my doctor left the OhioHealth family. Ok, my bad luck, but this Doctor prescribed a stimulant for my ADHD. Now, the new Doctor at the Powell location can’t or won’t prescribe that medication and I now need to schedule an appoint that is over 60 days away… my medication runs out. This is the first time I have treated my ADHD and it has been fantastic, life changing, now my new doctor won’t or can’t prescribe and wants to put me on a non-stimulant that is making me very nauseous. But guess damn the patients needs because out of all the doctors in their health system, I pick one, because they were the only available doctor before October who can see me. I will adjust, see the new doctor for my ADHD and then once that is settled, most likely find a new doctor in another health system, my insurer allows OSU and Mt Carmel and has representatives that always helpful in finding the best care for me, even if it is still in OhioHealth.
But I will be wary because when you switch doctors they seem wary of another doctors diagnosis that was a provider in their health system for years, they don’t trust a positive diagnosis and treatment that works for a patient?
      Seems sketchy…
