    Poor service from this company; dispose of them as swiftly as possible. They removed a co-buyer from our policy without notice, then cancelled the policy because the co-buyer supposedly wasn't on the mortgage documents. When we offered to present the mortgage documents that include both co-buyers' names, they claimed to have conducted an exterior inspection and concluded that the co-buyer didn't reside at the house. After much back and forth, they incorrectly apologized for the co-buyer's deathwho is very much alive. It seems they were scrambling to find a reason to cancel the policy for some reason. (Note that we have never filed a claim). Next, they issued the refund check to the co-buyer whom they had declared deceased. This is a backwards company with very poor service and communication. Choose this company only if you enjoy frustration; otherwise, seek out a reputable provider.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND!I went with the bundle policy for my car and house. Within the first few weeks of having my policy, we had intense storms lasting over multiple days. My home had shingles blown off into the yard, 3 holes found in the roof, and water damage on the interior from the holes that were created. Branch denied all of my claim stating their inspection showed curled shingles. An inspection that I was not given a copy of or informed of when they were doing it. I stated even if that is part of it, the holes were new. They denied it again stating there were nail pops that could have caused that. I stated the interior water damage was new secondary to the holes from hail. They once again insisted this was all pre-exisiting damage. My inspection report for my mortgage prior to buying the house shows none of these pre-exisiting conditions that Branch is adamant they found. All in all, I paid my premium and branch is denying all damage occurred due to 3 days straight of very heavy rain and hail.

    Did not want to pay for hail or wind damage after getting report from their adjuster who stated it was hail damage. I was told to patch it basically. The siding is no longer available. I have had 3 different estimates, stating that is was hail. Disgusting

    If there was a zero star option that would be my true rating. I was involved in a hit and run that I was not at fault with. Not only did branch take my money but from the very beginning it was apparent that there concern was more about their bottom line. We had to pay our full deductible but they didn’t bother to make sure that the at fault insurance paid for all of our cost and think that 1/3 of our out of pocket deductible was fair enough. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want someone to steal from you this is the insurance company to go with.

    They have had my car at a fly by night repair shop...115 days as of today. Keep finding "issues" pushing 5-10 days each time. They have been able to support any reduction of the deductible and weren't open to providing a rental to support the months being without one. The "rep" I have doesn't even have the phone number to her own supervisor. Absolutely terrible company, avoid at all cost.

    Filed an auto claim with Branch due to tire shred ripping off part of the front bumper of my truck. Was initially quoted an 1100 fix by them. I had two estimates from different body shops between 2,700-3,300 for the repairs. Branch refused to acknowledge them and sent me a $600 check. I called and spoke with ********* ******, he assured me I wouldn't be out anymore than my deductible. I then asked about after market parts and if that is a potential route we could go with repairs, after all it was cheaper than both those options. He said that is something we could do. So I moved forward with that process. Branch did not cover any of the expenses and now I've had to foot the entire bill for repairs. Not to mention my plan jumping up $900 for an incident that I wasn't at fault for. Would be more than happy to discuss, and hopefully make things right.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible business!!! Do not use this company for your insurance needs!! They lure you in with great low rates then nearly triple that within a couple of years, even if you have NO claims! We cancelled and went with a better lower rate company and now I am having trouble getting my refund checks from them!! Unacceptable! I am telling anyone and everyone I know to stay away from Branch Insurance!
