I went into the store on 2/13 and purchased a few items. They didn't have my size in some items so I went home and purchased 2 additional items online. My order should have been here yesterday (I did pay shipping). When I go to track it, it went from being 45 minutes away from my home in Texas back to Washington. This is LITERALLY the third time this has happened to me when I have ordered from them. I like their products, but I do hold them responsible for not using a different shipping provider. Two other time I ordered from them I paid for two day shipping which was much more expensive, but ironically the items arrived in the time they were supposed to. I went straight to BBB this time because in the past, the customer service has been awful and they will just end up blaming the shipping carrier.Business Response

Several items were purchased from the online store with order number ********** on January 26, 2023. The items were supposedly shipped on the same day, January 26, 2023, and delivered on January 30, 2023. I never received the package, even though UPS allegedly delivered it without requiring a signature. It has been difficult for me to reach out to someone online. Due to elapsed time since purchasing, I probably want a refund as I already visited the Victoria's Secret Store at 2025 Festival Plaza Dr. L100, Las Vegas, NV 89145, and purchased the needed items. Because I have already purchased the items and have been unable to reach a live employee on chat, I am interested in getting a full refund and am seeking BBB's assistance in reaching you. I signed up in 2022 for the email list where I was promised I would be emailed a 15% off promo in exchange for a future purchase. I have been waiting to place my next order until that arrived… for months now. However it never had. I contacted customer support where I explained that I had a $100 gift card to use and I never received my promo code. All I wanted was an email with the promo code so that I could place an order at my discretion. The rep explained over and over that all she could do was have me place the order (which was $119) and that would show pending for 3-5 business days and she wanted me to place the order through her…meaning I would have to spend under $100 to use my gift card or have to pay extra on top until the discount was applied. It was advertised that I would receive a 15 % promo code to my email that I provided the company and I have received about a hundred advertisements, but not what I was promised. I asked to speak to supervisor three times and was denied and told I couldn’t be helped over chat. This is completely unacceptable to have customers sign up for your mailing list by enticing them with discounts they never get. I will not be shopping with Victoria secret or pink again until this is resolved.Business Response

I made some purchases online
Received with receipt.
After some time I went to the local store to return some of the purchases as per the instruction on the receipt.
But the store assistance said they won’t refund me my money as their policies been changed and they can only give me store gift card for the amount of refund, basically forcing me to still spent all those money on their products
On the back side of the receipt in the Returns & Exchanges policy it said below without any time frame (also pictures of the receipts are attached):
“Simply take this packing slip or your order confirmation email and your items with you to your nearest store (U.S. and U.S. Territo find your nearest store location, instructions for returning by mail, or to view additional return & exchange information, please visit CustomerService.VictoriasSecret.com.”
It’s illegal to refuse my refund for the returned items. I need my money back and not in store gift card.Business Response

I placed a Victoria's Secret order online (Order **********). An return was initiated on Victoria's Secret's website on 12/26/2022. I shipped the package via USPS on 12/28/2022. I have not received a refund for the return. I contacted customer service via live chat on their website and they claim they cannot access the tracking number for the return and cannot help me with my issue.
Since I initiated the return on Victoria's Secret's website and received a return shipping label directly from them, Victoria's Secret should be able to access this information to view the tracking status and issue me a refund.

Hi I was store shopping and found on two bras there was a circle with pin metal detector and it left indentation and ripped my clothes as such can I have my money or voucher
I bought three bras and two had metal sector with pin and heads indented on them and as on nipple area the fabric skin was pulled each bra was valued at 49.95 so I want a corporate check because each bra was somehow indented or stripped and it was handpicked by csr in store I front of manager and handed to me smoothly as to not make as statement as much as I came home with a pin three inches long sticking out of two of them with metal detector head which means stickers missed it as much as she did and manager as did took here peace out of metal detector as it never beeped in the place express of Michigan avenue you! On December 23rd 2022 I purchased some items for my fiancé Christmas gifts. On January 14th 2023 I went back to return some items that didn’t fit. I had my receipt and I was still turned away because they needed the card I used to pay. I could not find the card I used to pay. After doing some research of my own it turns out Apple Pay changes the card number to one of their own, so I went back on February 2nd to explain my case and I was turned away again because it had been past the 30 day mark. I asked to at least give me store credit or let me exchange the items, the manager was nice enough to agree so picked different items but when the manager tried to do an exchange she said the register would accept an exchange and that she was really sorry but she couldn’t help because it was out of her control.

I returned a Christmas gift and was compensated with a gift card. Victoria’s Secret was offering 20% off purchases $125 and more. I spent the required amount, and applied the offer. I went to pay for my purchase, and the offer kept being removed from my cart when I typed in my gift card information. The website stated that my total fell below the requirements. The gift card is equivalent to cash, since that is the method in which my return was compensated back to me, but was being treated as a promotional value. I placed an order on 10/30/22 and returned the items on January 20th, 2023.
According to your website: *Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made from 10/15/22 - 12/24/22 have until 1/23/23 to return.
However today I received an email stating the return (R003234153) was not within the return window and I got a gift card for the return instead of it being processed back to my credit card.
I have photos of my label, and tracking information showing my return was in USPS possession by 1/20/23.
My return was sent back before the return due date. If you can void the gift card and return the $37.71 to my credit card please as it should’ve been refunded to my credit card as I returned my items within the return window.
I contacted customer service and they told me they can’t help me. I even tried to speak with a supervisor and had no luck. It’s very frustrating and bad customer service when I have proof my return was sent before the due date.

Internet Order. It was a huge sale, I purchased four swimsuit bottoms and four matching swimsuit tops total of four swimsuit. I have the tracking number. I placed another order that same day and received it on time. When this order did not come I called Victoria’s Secret to let them know that my package had been shipped out I paid for shipping so I paid for two services and that it hadn’t been scanned since January 17 and I was wondering where my package that I had purchased and paid for a delivery service was. **** the representative stated she was a senior customer service rep when I asked her to help me with this issue she was really quick to just wanna give me a refund. Seems to be how they handle things there I’ve seen this before. Beans my purchase was $100 all the things that I got were on sale they were no longer available for them to resend my order as well I asked **** to do. She said the last three things weren’t even available to send beans they were all clearance items and she’d be happy to go over clearance items to see if we could find something else but let me know there is nothing in my size as everything has been sold out this was three weeks ago when I purchased them they did have them in stock they did ship my order out someone stole it and the process and **** told me they have insurance for that so I said good with the insurance being you can’t replace my order I would like you to help me find 4 swim suits tops and matching bottoms that I like and the insurance can pay for it and I requested that they could also refund my money too for the inconvenience. I have been waiting three weeks for this to come. She laughed at me and told me that I was being ridiculous customer that I was asking her to do something that she could not do but she would gladly refund my money and I told her no she did not have the right to use my credit card for any purposes I requested for her to not do anything with my credit card because I did not approve of it and if she did that would be fraud. I told her that I was willing to find a positive resolution that I could be flexible with size but it wasn’t my fault that everything that was on sale is now sold out and because of their mistake I thought that they can help me make this right. For the 10th time she said I’m just gonna refund your card that she cannot do anything to help me until she does that and offered a 20% off my next order. I was furious and said I am not ordering with you again if this is not fixed. I again told her no I wanted four swimsuits and I asked for a managers contact number and she said that she cannot give me one. She then told me that I was getting personal and I told her I was not that I thought that she was and then she had my address all my information that I was concerned with her rude comments so again asked her for a manager and she denied me that. She said she was a senior customer service rep and that she would be the one who could help me but yet after an hour on the phone with her which was recorded I told her that also there was no resolution. I’ve had someone steal my package it was shipped and then not honor it in the event that someone did purchase some items my card was charged three weeks ago even paid for shipping and someone stole my items and they will not help me locate them. I am rejecting this response because: You offered me this and I said no do not refund my order do not cancel it until you have a regulation that’s reasonable. I was very clear in do not use my credit card! They didn’t until BBB got involved then they felt they could do what they wanted they didn’t wait for me to except it. They have a habit of doing this to customers. When I ordered they were all in stock my order made it to Sumner Washington which is the state I live in at that point my stuff was stolen maybe because it has a big Victoria secrets bag that everybody can see what’s in there I don’t know not my problem. The problem is I paid for four tops swimsuit and four bottoms that matched swimsuit they took it upon themselves to use my credit card even though I told them do not that it would be considered fraud they did not wait to make a reasonable offer to me and they still have not made a reasonable offer to me. When I first called I was very nice I have the conversation recorded you could hear me asking for a reasonable resolution and telling them since they had insurance from the shipping company I paid for shipping that was for a servive they have a business number . I also purchased merchandise from Victoria’s Secret that was for bikini tops and for bikini bottom‘s that matched I told them that means they didn’t have anything left that a good resolution would be to let me pick out four matching tops with bottoms and their insurance can cover the cost but they said that was not reasonable instead they did what I asked him not to and I told him that I would call the police if they use my credit card and they did they returned my item I didn’t return it they went to my account and fried me there returned my items canceled my order and then re-ordered for me that same day on January 27 using my credit card to pay for that re-order I never did that that is illegal and fraud to use somebody’s credit card and I would like that turned in. I wrote this BBB complaint before they use my credit card so they only use my credit card after contacting BBB I had told them they do not have the right to cancel my order or to return it that I wanted to resolution first and then we could move forward. Victoria secrets is frightening people and making choices and really needs to be held accountable for their actions at this point not only do I want my four swimsuits I want my money back when I told them they could refund my credit card they can’t decide what they’re gonna order for me and then charge my credit card I would not have ordered that swimsuit by itself and paid for it that was my least favorite one I only got it because it was on sale and I was getting other ones I would not have made that one purchase they did not allow me to use my account someone is Friday me signing into my account and using my credit card. I do not except this way of doing business but they have already used my credit card to do it. What now? I did not cancel and reorder, I did not authorize matter of fact I advised them that I paid for it there for it was my purchase a month ago. It came to my home state Sumner Washington and someone stole I don’t know maybe they saw the big VS and knew it be good to take. They hired someone while stole my swimsuits and I want them replaced and if not available I should be able ti pick any 4 matching valine tops that I would like.
By them canceling the order they destroyed the evidence of this complaint and that in itself is wrong that I took pictures please see the attached, just by their actions of using my card and destroying evidence during a BBB investigation that’s active shows how reckless they are they just do what they want they don’t consider the person who purchased and in my opinion don’t respect the BBB process by just doing it and not waiting because I did not agree that is not a reasonable solution nor is it fair. I feel it’s gotten worse now that VS is using my credit card and just ordering at their will using my identity and account along with credit card. I am needing to change my card number now my information has been compromised and my account has unauthorized usage. This has gotten worse and worse this business is reckless with my card information making my information useable from an employee that works for them. They also have my address and phone number. I’m really scared for my bank account.
