      I have tried for about two months to pay my balance and it didn't work due to issues on their end. I called once to be told to do it on the automated system and that nothing was wrong. Called again today 5/15 because they took an unauthorized payment negating my bank account. They weren't going to give me my full amount because of a ***** fee for being late to pay but it was THEIR fault to begin with! I did get what I wanted but I had to pull a mouth full of teeth to have this wrong righted. I will be terminating this card as soon as I can. If I could give a rating of 0 I would

      I had ordered few clothings and It had showed delivered but to a different house. I contacted the support, requested to get the entire order I I ordered however the rep said can’t be replaced but she can apply full refund and I agreed. But to her end she created another order number to which I wasn’t sure why and later I was told it was going to be replaced and then to be canceled again. I was asked to contact Eve from senior specialist at Claims dept, I have been calling her since last week, Left more than. 6 vm’s but no response and and call back. I Have my screenshots of the chat history and audio recordings. They were no help at all. Even now I just called the number provided but still no one was ready to help because I need to verify with Eve who is not available. This isn’t just absurd but extremely unprofessional. I was given 1 day time frame to be assisted but nope. I just want my money back.

      I made a large order over $1000 from ******** Secret and I was told I would receive a refund. Then I received an email that I need to call in to verify my credit card. It's been 2 weeks I spoke to multiple representatives and left messages and haven't received a call back or a refund. I'm about to go to my bank to dispute but I'm really angry considering the amount for this order!

      I have been a loyal ******** Secret customer for many years, I got my bill in the mail, and it had a $30 late fee on it. I know there was a holiday and bad weather, but my bill was due on the 10th, and it didn't get into the system till the 15th. So, I call customer service. The gentleman that answered the phone had such broken English I was having extreme difficulty understanding him. He asked me why the bill was late with a tone as if he was almost mad. I explained to him I always pay my bill on time and I have no Idea why it shows that it is late. He said that my excuse wasn't good enough but as a courtesy, he would give me $15 off instead of the $30 late fee. I asked him if I could speak with someone else. He sent me to another department and when prompted to press 1 for English it wouldn't work. None of the buttons would further the call thru the prompts. So I hang up and call again. This gentleman answered the phone, and I could tell it was on speaker, and he answered with a chuckle. I can't say for certain but I'm thinking the first guy was sitting next to the second guy because he seemed to already know why I was calling. I explained my reason form calling and he said he too would only give me $15 off so I told him to charge me whatever, give me my balance and cancel me card. Oh, I also saw on my statement that there was going to be a $2 minimum interest charge. that seems illegal but I guess I canceled just in time. You would think charging 31% interest would be enough.

      Is ******** Secret ***** credit card even legit because I had a credit card in ********* and I owed 300$ and I was paying the minimum payment a month of 150$ and credit limit was 500$ or 600$ a month .Around 2019 it was off my credit all together as if I never had credit with them and I'm very annoyed by this because obviously I got a credit card for one thing and that is to get credit on my credit report and someone deleted all the information,all the payments made and this is disgusting behavior,has someone been through something similar,and now it's been 7 years and they deny me credit cards with them all the time .Which I feel discriminated against now.

      On 1/20/25 I made 2 in store purchases at my local mall at a ** ($99.90) and a Pink ($60.00). I scanned my rewards card and even used a reward on one purchase. 6 days later, no points have shown on my account (however, the reward I redeemed went away immediately- how convenient!!)I had a terrible time using the virtual assistant whose response to "i want to chat with an agent" or "I have missing points" was to keep suggesting I was making a return/exchange or that I had a problem with order delivery (what???)When I finally got an agent, she told me that they could not look up in store purchases on my account and she could not assist me with my points. This was frustrating, but as directed I called the customer service ******* customer service *** was super friendly and understanding, but even she could not find my order! She said there were no in store transactions on my account. When I asked if she could at least see that the reward was redeemed on 1/20/25 she said she could only see that I had a reward and then no longer had a reward, but no other information about it.She sent me a 20% off coupon for my trouble which I appreciate- but what I really want is to have my points. I know for a fact that I scanned my code at both locations because I remember doing so clear as day, I would have needed to scan to use my reward and I was going to the store *specifically* to use my reward.I did not keep my receipt because the items fit and I knew I would not be returning them.I am a young woman and while roughly $150 on bras / pajamas may not be a lot to the company- this was a big splurge for me to celebrate my first "big girl" job after passing the bar exam. I was honestly really excited to get VS points because I never thought I'd be in a position to shop at ** frequently enough to earn a meaningful amount of points.I'm very disappointed and honestly will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. VS is too pricy to also be dealing with these issues. :(

      VIOLATED I do not appreciate the customer service person forcing me to place my clothing articles on the hook. By placing your articles on the hook in the dressing room the computer in the dressing area then makes decisions on your purchase or products. This is EXTREMELY VIOLATING to my privacy. It is NOT any business of a computer on the wall what size and color product I am trying on. Weather it fits or not. This is NOT ok. Am I not allowed to use the dressing room without this computer watching me? This should be an option not forced on woman in any shopping experience. This will soon become a class action suit. I can feel it in my skin. Im so angry and upset right now.

      I have asked them 5 times to remove me from the mailing list so that I could stop having half naked women with my name attached sent to my home with my little brothers and father. They never stopped sending them. I am married now and my husband still brings me these mailers from our mailbox. I have asked at least 5 times to not be sent anything else, and every time they say that I am removed from the list, and then I get another catalog. I will never order from VS again. I feel like after all these years of asking for them to stop, this is harassment.
