    We had our locks changed in advance of my husband leaving for vacation. He did not properly install the lock on the sliding glass door, which we agreed was fine. He said he didn't have the patience for it and would send another technician. This was perfectly okay. I was okay with this because we thought the only problem was a key wouldn't lock it.The new technician said he'd schedule a time to come out when my husband returned from vacation. Also okay. My husband left last night. Today I discovered the door doesn't even latch from the inside. It just doesn't lock. Definitely not okay. I called a guy around 7 who claims to be *********************** and explained the situation. I told him I felt unsafe. He was extremely rude and badgering- I cannot stress how unprofessional he was. He finally said he'd come out by 10. I call at 9 to see if he's going to be on time. He says he's not coming and is just awful.I am alone in my house with a nonfunctional lock. Not to be blunt but this is how- at worst- women get raped and murdered and- at best- property gets stolen.
