    My experience has been awful and extremely dismissive. I ordered a ramp to go to my shed and specifically asked for a 4ft ramp when I called. They didnt send any conformation number to my email and I had to call back to get the tracking number for my package. When it arrived I received a 2ft ramp and wanted to immediately send it back. When I called they were helpful at first and said they would review it with their manager and stated that I did ask for a 4ft ramp. When they reached back out they said that I did not ask for *** and insisted that I asked for *** and said that they had the call recorded and would play it for me (which they never did). At this point I have called multiple times and I just want it out of my house. I called today to just send it back, I stated I want to return the package and they let me know the formalities. They stated that they were going to send all the information needed to my email (but never asked for it??) and pretty much hung up on me. The person was not rude but obviously didnt care to send me the return label or any information at all. I also went to the website to get a refund and put in a request the day I received the package and its been more than a week and I also have yet to get a reply for that either. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their handling of customer issues. It is extremely unprofessional to not handle this properly or even offer a replacement. The product is sitting in it original package and even has both manuals they sent in the package by accident. This needs to be handled immediately and looking at the other reviews this isnt an isolated incident. I honestly think theyre waiting for the 30 days to hit so that I am eventually stuck with the package and they keep my money.

    I've had a Long 2.5 years with a barrage of complaints for a $2,200 automatic chair after Covid left me disabled the has never worked as SpinLife described
    Battery charger, doesn't hold charge, doesn't go the distance as stated/proclaimed, seat wobbles, hand rest wobbles, underneath chair sounds like it's dragging something.
    Third party technician came out replaced the entire chair under warranty he spent 30 minutes placing zip ties under the right arm rest. I was not asked about my weight or my height to adjust chair appropriately and he was in a hurry to get to the warehouse to drop off malfunctioning chair by 4pm it was already 2:45 during rush on a Friday at least an hour drive without rush hour.
    I paid two hundred dollars for "WHITE GLOVE" on the initial chair that failed.
    I'm now told I had 30 days for a return! Yes once more SpinLife said they will send a technician out for the third time! I suffer and I am disabled and the audacity of a company in business is to help disabled people not endanger them with false claims and at risk failing mechanical powered chairs.
    BUYER BEWARE of SPINLIFE they'll tell you anything to get that commission and money to keep them in business! I'm truly concerned about this company causing bodily injury to disabled people like me. I can't count the number of HOURS and Hours I have spent on hold being thrown around to different departments call warranty...bla bla bla the stress has been debilitating in itself! BUYER BEWARE of this company and their poor ratings!!!

    I have bought several large items from them over the years and been very happy with the price, product, quality, and after sales service.The one thing you have to be very careful about is that many items are not returnable. They will make things right if the item is detect defective, but you may not be able to return it if you decide, you just dont want it or you didnt read the product description carefully enough. Its not like shopping at *******I have found their customer service people to be very knowledgeable so you can ask lots of questions before you do order, but understand the terms when you place the order.

    The majority of the products we sell can be returned within the first 30 days of receipt as long as the product in in new condition. The exceptions for returning a product is if the product was custom built or if non returnable due to hygienic reasons. We do have the return policy for each item we sell posted on the product pages for our customers to review before making their purchase as well as a link to our return policy at time of checkout if customer is making an online purchase.

    I regret buying a ew36 from them
    The seat went bad and they wanted over 500 dollars to replace + 150 dollars to install
    Incredible awful service!!!
    Do not buy from Spinlife.

    BUYER BEWARE!
    SpinLife and ****** ************ do not stand behind their products!
    I ordered a LiteRider Envy power chair, which was delivered May 9 with a base from one model and a seat and battery from another - a quality problem from the factory. It could not be assembled, confirmed by a service technician sent by SpinLife. Neither SpinLife nor ****** ************ would remove the defective parts from my small apartment or send me an assembled chair. Their quality mess became my responsibility. I had to have friends box up the parts and take it the front desk of my building for ****** ************ carrier to pick up. They actually said they would waive the return fee! I did not return the chair because I changed my mind or didn't like the color! It could not be assembled. It was not my fault. It will be another 3-4 weeks after the parts are returned to PA until I get the refund to use for a chair from another manufacturer and broker. Not from ****** ************ or SpinLife.
    I live in Assisted Living and am the primary caregiver for my precious husband
    who is Hospice care at home. The chair would have been so helpful. The time, energy, stress, and disappointment have cost me so much. There are old, disabled people standing in line to buy their products. Don’t be one of them. They don’t care about individual customers.     I am very pleased with Spinlife. I ordered a lift chair. Through no fault of Spinlife, the chair arrived with significant damage, which occurred during shipping. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They went above and beyond to replace the product, adding white glove delivery service to assure the best experience. They kept me informed throughout the process. They were professional and I love my new lift chair.

    i ordered a "feather scooter" from Spinlife, the email said i would be notified when delivery would be, i just happen to be home when it was delivered to my front porch, i did get the driver to move it to my garage, I am an amputee. when i ordered it, i was given the impression "white glove" delivery was included, it was not. when the unit was assembled, i sat in it and when i went to get out, it tipped over causing me to fall. after observing the two front wheels where extremely close together, offering no stability. i sent a email, requesting that my desire to return it because of possibly injuring myself, i was given the choice to return it, at a 20% restocking fee plus paying shipping and handling. i did send it, *****, at a cost of $598.36 and i assume when the unit is received, the 20% restocking fee will be approximately $380.00, i feel this is unjust because the unit could cause bodily harm....i believe a full refund is warranted as this could cause death

    After almost an hour on the phone with a Spinlife Representative who convinced me it would not be too small for me I ordered a buzz around scooter. They waived their white glove delivery fee making me think they were doing me a favor. Instead It was delivered put together and no box was left for me. I inquired about needing to return it prior to ordering it and I was assured it would be a hassle free return and the only charge would be a 20% restocking fee. I needed to return it and when requesting the return I was sent a return authorization right away in addition to telling me there would be a $249 fee to pick it back up and $349 to ship it and a 20% restocking fee which would be $310. So for an electric scooter that cost me $1550 they want $908 to return it to them. I had to pick a star rating and the only reason I didn't give it a zero is because it wasn't an option.

    I spent $3000 for a lift chair. It is supposed to be under warranty. 2 years, with minimum usage, later, it stops working. They want to charge $250 for a service call to see what’s wrong. My electrician gets $85 for a service call. My plumber gets $75. My air conditioner service guy gets $75. $250? Outrageous! For a $3000 chair, they should stand by their product! Run from this company!

Our normal cost for any repair services not covered by a service contract is $250.00. You are under no obligation to use our service and you can seek outside repair companies.
