1 starI recently bought an electric wheel chair from Spinlife. I rode it no more than 10 minutes and it stopped, would not move again. I called them, they called their service man, he drove over 100 miles, checked my chair and told me the back motor had gone out. Im wondering how does that happen on NEW chair that I just paid close to $2,000.00 for. He took the motor out and in about a week he brought me the new one and installed it. I thought great now Im good to go, Wrong! This time it went less than a minute. I called them back, talked to maintenance and was told he would call back, 3 days later I called again, got the same response, no return call. My brother couldnt get anywhere with them. He called the man who had put the motor in, Spinlife wasnt returning his calls either. My new chair is now put together wither with Zip ties. I also ordered a new arm for my old power chair, they sent the wrong arm. I will NEVER order from them again!!!SpinLife.Com, LLC

1 starI purchased a Jazzy Air 2 ******************** wheelchair and paid for it on September 1, 2022. I was notified that it would be delivered Sep 29, 2022. A hurricane hit ************* on that date. The next day I called and I was informed that the chair was in *****, ** and ready for shipping. I called 2 more times suibsequently and got no answer and left messages. I called this morming and sent an email. I finally got a call fom them at about 11:45 am and they informed me that they needed to get a part for it and could not give me a date for shippment. I cancelled the order and demanded my credit card company is credited immediately. I doubt I will ever do busdiness with then again and would caution the disabled population when considering a business transaction with SpinLife.SpinLife.Com, LLC

That *** be so but I was not kept up to date and when I made an inquery I was lied to. Had I been kept up to date, rather than my having to make inquiries after a 3 almost 4 week delay I might have stayed with you. After receiving an acknowledgement of the order cancellation, 2 or 3 days later I received a new shiping date of Oct 28. Not good business.Review fromMelissa H

1 starLying Biz Taking 4 Months to Deliver Scooter!SPINLIFE is a horrible company that just collects your money and does not care about you. They will not lift a finger for you after they have your money. Knowing this company treats older people like the way they treated me, is heartbreaking.I have learned a lot in the last four months I have waited for my scooter. I have had conversations with SPINLIFE, Golden Technologies (the manufacturer), and YRC Shipping (freight shipper) multiple times over this.SPINLIFE is a DROP SHIP company. That means they don't have a store or warehouse with stock.When you place an order with SPINLIFE, they pay and place an order with the manufacturer of the item you bought from them. You then wait for the Manufacturer to send the item, not SPINLIFE. Again, all they do is collect money. That's it.SPINLIFE will not tell you what is back-ordered truthfully. I know this because I spoke to the actual manufacturer, Golden Technologies, of my mobility scooter about 1 month after I spent almost $3,000 with SPINLIFE. Golden Technologies confirmed that ALL scooters from most manufacturers are taking months to deliver because of parts issues overseas.There is nothing on SPINLIFE's site that says mobility scooters are taking months to be made. SPINLIFE is giving short back-order dates that suddenly get a lot longer after you pay them. I guess they worry that they will lose business if they are honest about backorder dates. SPINLIFE are liars.To make matters worse, after 3.5 months, I got a call from SpinLife's shipper, a freight company called YRC Shipping, to make arrangements for delivery. My scooter has arrived in *******! The nightmare is over...NOT!There is yet one more huge headache to deal with:The shipper never delivered my scooter. I called asking where my scooter was. They apologized and rescheduled. Then they never showed up. Again.We just called YRC Shipping and they have shipped my scooter BACK to the manufacturer!!SpinLife.Com, LLC

1 staron 6/03/22 i ordered a pair of the ONLY 22x1-3/8 (******) wheelchair tires on their website along with a pair of tubes.received tires within 10 days and checked size to be 22x13/8 .put in closet to await tubes, which 12 weeks later i find out from spin life (after calling them) that they were back ordered. received tubes week of 9/19/22 and took to local specialty bikes shop that has been attending to my wheelchair for over 15 years. early this week and told these are not the 22x1-3/8 (******) and will not fit my wheels. the tires i was sent are 22x1-3/8 (******) Which is NOT even listed on their website. these tires may sometimes be used interchangeably but not on my wheels. and, also told, by bike shop owner, the tires were c*** quality as an unsolicited comment. when i called the spin life customer service, the woman took all the info (that this is NOT the tires i ordered and cannot be used on my wheelchair and i requested they paid shipping and waived restocking fee) said someone will get back to me within 20 minutes. two days later, i get an email from spin life saying that i can return at my expense and i have to pay restock fee. i called and left message 9/28/22 because the email explanation was not much more than a word salad why should i shoulder these cost when a product that i was sent is NOT even listed as one they offer??? why did no one contact me regarding a substitution?? the term bait & switch comes to mind! it will cost more to ship back and restock than $55 for the order.after reading several of the BBB reviews and complaints, i am relieved to find out how they treat customers with a $55 order, before ordering a rigid ultralight wheelchair along with other equipment .poor way to handle customers.SpinLife.Com, LLC

1 starOn Friday, Sept 10, I placed an order for a 4 wheel scooter, with a date of Sept 13 for shipping. In the meantime, a friend was able to get the old one working. Even though they were not there on the weekend, I called twice requesting a cancellation and left an email before the item got shipped. A phone call Monday Sept 12, informed me it had already been shipped and would have to pay a restocking fee plus a fee to ship it back. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose that kind of money, especially the return fee. I was told that they would have to put it together to make sure it works even if the box had not been opened. That is not fair and feel they are taking advantage of people. Was then told I would have to wait 3 weeks for a refund.This was my 3rd purchase from Spinlife and rest assure it will be the last. I will also be good pr for the company.Would appreciate more of a credit as soon as possible.Thank youSpinLife.Com, LLC
