5/15/2024 I had an iron infusion at Zangmeister. They insisted I pay 20% upfront or $124.26. Several days later I got my ***** Medicare statement and ***** wrote off a portion of the bill meaning that Zangmeister owed me $15.02; the actual net due by me after ***** paid was $109.24 and I had paid $124.26. I called Zangmeister 5/28 asking for refund or account adjustment. I went to Zangmeister two more times and there was still no adjustment. I called again 7/19 and left a message. No response. Then I sent an email on their portal on 8/12. No response. I did get a statemtent dated 8/13 which reflects they show a credit for the 5/15 services of $15.02. The only problem is they also showed I owed them for two copays on 5/8 and 7/29. When you arrive at Zang you meet with an agent who collects the copays. I have paid these copays and have my credit card statements reflecting these two $40 payments. So I called Zang again on 8/19. You can't speak to anyone; you just leave a message. They claim they will call you back in 72 hours. It's now past 72 hours. I am tired of this lack of resolution. It's only $15.02 but I want the $ sent to me. Their service is terrible. No accountability, no response, poor bookkeeping.
