      Terrible customer service! I waited for a delivery promised from 12-4. There was no communication from the company that they would be 2 1/2 hours late. They arrived at 640 and said their truck wouldn't make it down the driveway. Our product was returned to their warehouse. I called their office the next morning and was promised a return call from the supervisor and still haven't heard back. We spent $30K. I wouldn't hire them to move anything!
