      Parked in front of a store thats lot apparently also ****** a pay parking outside of the the store. Sign said a number of spots were 15min parking for the store, but none of the spots were numbered. The lot was practically empty. Was only in the store for about 2 mins. Got a text stating I owed them a parking violation (one day later). I appealed through text (the only way the company said was possible). and have phots showing the spots are unmarked. This place is a scam.

      It has a parking lot at ********************** in ********** ** that is quickly becoming a bad hangout during late night.Loud music, loud talking, drug dealing and drinking.A written complaint to the company went unanswered.

      I paid cash using the cash machine, and it printed me out a ticket, no attendant anywhere. The time says 3:07, but at 3:10 someone placed a ticket on my window from Park Place, even though my ticket was in the window. They threatened that if I didn't pay the fine would increase every 7 days. So, the next time I travel to visit someone or just enjoy the city, I could be towed. These scams are the number 1 reason most folks hate downtown Columbus.

      THIS PLACE IS A MONEY STEAL. I parked somewhere 2hrs without knowing I had to pay - they sent me a text message the following day requesting $75 for the two hour park vs a warning/notice. I disputed it and they knocked it down to $40, with a $5 charge for paying online which is the only option. I assume this is the only way they make money.

      Horrible Costumer service. They miswrote a plate number and billed 3 times, and turned it over to collection. All this even after they admitted the mistake and promised they handled it. Only to find out, it is in collections. I have never dealt with such incompetent people! I am darn right angry. If they mess up my credit, I will sue them!
