      I made a purchase on June 13, Klarnas system tried to process a duplicate transaction for the one purchase, once at 12:05 PM which did not fully go through and continued to stay pending for now. What is going on three weeks. And the second transaction at 12:10 PM which processed completely and successfully with the vendor and with Klarna. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions, they asked me to wait the 10 day period for the transaction to fall off and then to reach back out. Of which I did. Then they still would not remove the transaction. They escalated it per my request, because they were unwilling to help me. And they asked me to reach out to the vendor, which it was not the vendors problem, the vendor did not duplicate a transaction under Klarna, Klarna did it. They have sent me in circles for now going on three weeks and they refuse to resolve the situation.

      Somehow I ended up with 2 accounts they combined them and I was forced to pay for items I already paid off. Was forced to start over on payments a second time. Klarna is a rip off, especially if your on auto pay. Customer service is never available. I can never get situations resolved. I'm paying off an item for the second time so it don't go on my credit report then I'm canceling my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KLARNA UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF!!

      They are associated with a fraudulent merchant ****** *****. This merchant has no valid contact information no phone number or email. They expect you to contact a ghost and won't help you with a refund while it's fraud. No protections for customers at all. But expect you to pay for a false item that was never received!!

      I am having the worst issues with Klarna. And they do not care whatsoever about the problem that is solely on their end. I got a Vespa style scooter a few months back and Klarna is charging me twice every month for two installments, instead of one installment as it should be. The vendor I purchased it from has sent Klarna all the information showing I made one purchase and should be getting charged one monthly installment. I have spoken with multiple **** at Klarna. The first one said she removed the second installment and it would no longer pull two, and would refund the money that was wrongly charged. That never happened. And every month since they have been pulling two payments simultaneously and have never refunded anything. Every time I call Karna they say they will open a ticket and someone will get back to me and no one ever does. I did my part, the vendor did their part, and Klarna is the one who made the mistake and has yet to rectify it despite numerous attempts by myself and the vendor to solve this. If you have an issue, they wont care and will just keep opening tickets for your problem and do nothing about it. There is also a language barrier and I cannot guarantee the **** even fully understand the issue. I am very ******. I want my money refunded and for this to stop

      Klarna is charging me $748 in payments for an order that was cancelled and never shipped, this order was cancelled with ******* in April of 2025. It is now June and Klarna is still charging payments even after I provided evidence that the order was cancelled and never shipped. Klarna went with ******** word that it was an active order and no evidence. I am trying to get these payments to stop and receive a full refund. ******* is a bad actor in the GLP1 business and Klarna appears complacent in their scam to the consumer.

      Klarna is a predatory loan company that lie about how much spending power they offer you just to get your personal information! Then when you attempt to make a perches under the amount you are approved for they say they have reviewed your perches and you are not approved for that amount! This is a scam company trying to steal your information

      Gave me more spending power with worse credit . Now they wont approve me even when Ive been paying , even early however 7-10 days to process is ridiculous. As well as randomizing credit is bad service. Probably will be looking to use other services, this one is too much trouble and they dont make sense as far as their own services go

      I have been a great customer with **********************, until I purchased a item from SSENSE and when I sent back to SSENSE, they said I damaged the item, I had in my hand for maybe 2 mins, SSENSE Scam me as well as Klarna, filed a claim with Klarna, and Klarna took their side and are trying to make me pay for the item that was damaged, it does not pay to be a great customer. ********************** and SSENSE are terrible! Stay away from both.

      If I could leave no stars it would be better. Ive used Klarna for over 4 years never missed a payment never had any issues. Built my credit use up suddenly stopped approving my transactions stating it was based on my credit. My credit is not bad so I tried to contact customer service. That was a joke. This is the second time Klarna has done this to me. There are better options out there. Stay far away from Klarna.
