      I have been using Klarna for over two years. Always paid early, a few months ago I had almost $1,000 limit now, it's gone! I didn't go beyond my means and I have been denied. I chat with CSR's that just say the same thing which is nice and dandy. However, that is not my case. I always paid and I am distressed over my amount being taken without any cause. Even today it started I had a purchase power of $199 now it dropped to $10. I didn't even purchase anything!

      i have used them for 6? years i want to say. after providing all necessary documentation to get my money refunded, they are saying it doesnt need to be refunded. theyre withholding about $100 of mine, nobody can give me a straight answer and their customer service is terrible. they wont help me contact someone with actual authority in their company with a fully working brain that can actually help resolve my issues because I have itemized things for them and walk them through before before but they just ignore me. they ask for email from retailers, i provide emails from retailers. they still deny my money. they blocked me on ******** when i confronted them. i wish we could just all stand outside and protest. theyre a terrible company now that theyve got more business and dont care a bit about the consumer.

      Do not use Klarna!! They report you right away to the credit bureau if you missed a payment , even if it was paid right away on that same day. My credit card was blocked by my bank due to a suspected fraud. The payment with Klarna obviously did not go through but then I contacted my bank and my card was unblocked . I paid Klarna that same day. After that I cannot purchase anymore using Klarna. I always pay on time but that's how quick Klarna will reject you. My credit score went down by 100. I emailed them and they told me to contact Transunion. Unbelievable! 1 delayed payment which I paid immediately that same day and they report you to a credit bureau and my credit score went down. I have a very good credit score (800). I paid all outstanding Klarna purchases and closed the account. I will never ever use Klarna or any other installment kind of payment again. I always pay in full now using only credit or debit card.

      Horrible,Business operates out of ****** taking advantage of Americans and their ability and willingness to buy higher priced goods in multiple payments.Know that your purchase power means nothing to them or you.Know they have no consistent value to offer.Know you CAN have $1,300 purchase ability and the next you CAN have $120 They dont care about their customers.Theyre predatory.Watch out ultimately.Be careful we you issue your trust.

      If I could give a negative I would. Klarna does not stand behind the customer when there is an issue with the vendor. They wash their hands of it and leave you to try and resolve it with the vendor. They can give you no contact informtion for their customer who is the vendor. Buyer beware!!!!!!

      DO NOT use Klarna ONE TIME USE cards - there seems to be no name attached to these 'cards' which means your purchase will likely be cancelled - twice I've used Klarna one time use cards, the purchases were cancelled, klarna had already taken the first payment out of my account, kept it both times although the purchase did not go through, and i COULD NOT get the payment refunded. KLARNA has NO customer service. I believe they are making millions from their ONE TIME USE CARDs - Klarna takes the first payment, the purchase is cancelled because the Klarna card is not accepted, and if the payment has hardened from pending to a withdrawal you have lost that payment money. I liked Klarna and used them a lot but will never use them again after this experience of them taking and keeping first payments for a purchase that never went through.

      They have changed their policy I was using them over 2 years built my score to where I was at **** and one day it was all gone. With no explanation
