1 starAwful experience. Promised services to ****** me to sign contract. Said they would be out the next day at 11 to service outside and inside my home. I arrived home at 1030 and they had already come and gone. Called rescheduled twice and they did the same thing. Finally got a tech here who kept saying they "don't do that" canceled within one month and am being charged almost 300. *******************. Make promises they don't keep.Review fromBineesh M

1 staram extremely disappointed with Greenix Pest Control. This is the second time they have come out and completely failed to do the job.They promised to call or text before the visitthey didnt. They claimed they rang the doorbellthey didnt. Most shockingly, they falsely stated that they spoke with me, completed both indoor and outdoor service, which absolutely did not happen.For the outdoor treatment they claimed was done, none of the patio furniture or cushions were moved, which would have been necessary to properly treat the area. No photos, no proof, no evidence of any work ************ make matters worse, we are now locked into a contract, but they are not providing the services they are billing for and claiming were done. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. I regret signing up with Greenix and would strongly caution others to avoid them based on this experience.Review fromRACHEL S

1 starUsed scare tactics, told me my neighbors were having issues when they weren't, asked if I'd like an add on service without offering that having the service would make a new subscription contract for 12 more months. 399 Cancellation fee. Also quoted a different price on the same service each time I called. Was transferred to 4 different departments when trying to cancel my service. 1 starAs others have said, Greenix uses predatory business practices. My wife heard mice noises in the attic, did some quick research and landed on Greenix. The tech came out and put a few black boxes around the house with bait inside. That's it. YOU CAN DO THAT YOURSELF. They make you sign a contract that locks you in for a YEAR and you have to pay $250 to cancel it, which we did. We used what we would have paid over the rest of the year to buy our own bait and boxes which will last us years. AVOID companies like these and just do it yourself for a fraction of the price.Review fromTheresa G

GREENIX WILL GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND JUST KEEP CHARGING IT ERRONEOUS CHARGES AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY WOP $100 S MORE DOLLARS ON YOUR CARD FOR A CANCELLATION FEE.
THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY GET YOU TO SIGN A TECHS PHONE CONTRACT AND THEN THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THEY TOLD YOU AT THE DOOR. I NEVER GOT A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS. TRIED TO CALL THE GUY THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIND OUT WHY THE MONTHLY CHARGE WAS MORE THAN HE TOLD ME AND HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALL THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.Review fromLisa R

1 starPests at my door selling "natural" bug repellent for the house! Except for termites and the mice my cat kills, I want the ecosystem in my neighborhood to function. Also, I was told they don't kill the bugs and that's a lie. I'm sure they're killing termites, cockroaches, mice, etc.Review fromThomas F

1 starGreenix committed us to a mutltiple year contract. We added on the rodent when they said that the hills were because of voles. 9 months later they say its actually a gopher and they can't do anything. We were being charged extra for this service they said we needed and then they said we didn't... We cancelled the service and was charged $399 to cancel.... that is 3 months of fees that we got charged. I will never use this company again.Review fromMark S

l have a long history with the company - over five years of service. They are prompt and the people are nice, but they lack experience to solve bug and pest problems. What they spray does a number on anything crawling around. It does not resolve the problem and bugs continue to crawl around. After years of service and retreatments and not having the issue resolved I finally complained so much that they canceled my service contract. The sales people sold a lie. The employees servicing did not not have the know how and in the end they have left with what little they could squeeze out of me and I still have bugs. If you are concerned with ants on your patio they do a good job at removing them. If you have spiders also not to worry they can get them, but if the issue is beyond a border around your home - they can not help. Also it is interesting to note the number of different **** that arrived. They have very high turn over. Managers down to service **** all replaced within 18 months, So I have had multiple sets of people and none could seem to find the notes of what the prior had done and how to make progress going forward. In the end this is a sad story of a company over selling what they can do and then having people unable to meet what was sold. I do not recommend this pest control service.
